If it says 23 watts then its 23 watts, the equivalent 100watts is irrelevant.

Like Corey said look at the actual watts not the equivalent watts. You might want to buy some more of those 6500k bulbs you were talking about, par38 or something? As they are better for veg and just one 23w bulb is not enough.

Try getting up around 100+ actual watts (with your 6 bulbs you're at around 138 actual watts (if each is 23w), which isn't too shabby).. Just remember, more lights = more bud! Keep your lights around 3 - 6inches from the plant to avoid them stretching too much. Too hot for the back of your hand = too hot for the plants.

Repot those girls into some bigger pots if you have the space bro, once they get root bound the growing will really slow up! And you dont want to transplant too close/or during flowering!

Besides that, looking good man! I say if they keep up the growing, you should be able to start flowering in two - three weeks. Try out some topping methods!
