First grow - Kalishnikova 3 weeks into flower

I also think 4 weeks is too early for the yellowing. FloraNova Bloom that I use has 4-8-7, so it has nitrogen in it. I was giving them 1 tea spoon per gallon, once a week. Now I bumped it to 2, we'll see if it stops..
That P is a little high for container growing.

In normal garden growing outdoors the P gets leached away quite quickly but in container growing indoors the P doesn't leach.

What NPK values does your FLORANOVA GROW have?

If it has less P and more N it maybe more beneficial to use that the whole way through.

Let me know the NPK.

Great thread hijacked by spamming asshole. Your plants at 3 weeks flower are blowing away my plants that are in their 3rd week of flowering. I messed up the veg. Wish mine were as big as your plants. I'm still doing pretty good. Your doing great. I vote for upping your nutes. 1 tsp of nutes once a week seems kinda low...
Ya... I don't know what's up with that guy and spamming my thread. :(

FloraNova Grow has 7-4-10. If upping the bloom nutes doesn't help, I guess I'm gonna try giving them some veg nutes and see if that helps.

A little liquid seaweed might also help as its almost entirely nitrogen. Sucks your using a one part nute i had a simillar issue using general organics line with a one part base all i could really do is add another product to fill the void.

IMO this 7-4-10 will give you better results if used from start to finish.

I use a 6-3-8 as previously mentioned.

Alot of folks don't want to try giving higher N nutes during flowering but IMO its what MJ craves.

All I use is the following
CANNA AQUA VEGA A and B NPK 6-3-8
CANNA RHIZOTONIC root stimulator
CANNAZYM enzyme based product for converting dead root matter
CANNA MONO Ca
CANNA MONO Mg
CANNA PK1314 for 1-2weeks
POTASSIUM SILICAT

it may seem like alot but you'll notice there aren't really any bloom boosters or magic potions etc other than the PK1314.

I use coco substrate so I need to add extra Ca and Mg to compensate.

If I were you I'd be using just the grow version with whatever else you like to use. Alot if bloom foods lack the N required to sustain the foliage for great production.

I ditched CANNA AQUA FLORES because the 4-4-11 didn't help the plants to perform to their best.

Healthy leaves = great performing plants.

I will put updated pics Sunday or Monday. Hopefully the yellowing will have stopped by than, if not I will switch over to Veg nutes.
Don't have much to lose, as this is my first grow I need to go through the trial and error process lol. Anyways I will keep you guys updated with the progress of these ladies. :)

Thanks to everyone for the help.

For the most part I think the yellowing has stopped. I think I over fed plant #3 it seems burnt quite a bit. #4 is looking really frosty already

I'm leaving next Wednesday which will be day 43 of flowering. I will be gone for 16 days. My mother in law will be staying at our house, and she has agreed to taking care of them. But I know no one will ever baby my ladies like I do, plus she is a blonde lol.

So I need some advice from you fellas. Do you guys think I should just start the "flush" on the first watering once I'm gone? What I mean by flushing is just watering pHed water for the rest of the flowering cycle. I know she will not be able to mix up nutes and definitely not be able to adjust my tap water to 6.3-6.8 pH. But what I was thinking... was to get 20 1 galon containers. Fill them up with water and pre adjust the pH level of the water, before I leave. That would give her 5 waterings of 1 galon to each plant roughly every 3 days while I'm gone. I really don't want to mess this up in the end, after all the hard work.

What do you guys think I should do?
Btw you guys think it's too early to start flushing? It's a 8 week strain.

You plan sounds good to me. I'm a first time grower myself and your thread is interesting.
How tall are you plants, and how tall where there when you started the flower cycle? Thanks

I really don't got any other choice lol so gotta go with that plan. :p

They were all about 1.5-2ft when I switched them into flower. Now my biggest one (#1) it's a little over 3ft and the others are just over 2ft. Only that one has really stretched since I switched it over into flowering.

With another month of flowering, it sounds like your plants will basically double in size. That seems to be right on target from what I read. Mine are 2 feet tall now but still in the 1 gallon buckets. I'll transplant to a 3 gallon bucket and then wait a week, and then start my flowering phase. Sadly I'm in the same situation as you. I leave for the next 2 weeks from tomorrow and the wife has to take care of them...oh boy...

I thought after about 4 weeks in flowering the stretch stops and the buds just start putting on weight.
Is your wife going to mix up the nutes for you?? I would never trust my women to feed my plants lol.

Here it is guys, it will be my final update until right before harvest.
I don't think they are looking to well, and I don't think they will get any better as I am leaving on Wednesday. Today they will be getting their last feeding and after that it will be just water. Wednesday they will also begin their 6th week in flowering.

I wont see them till day 59. Gonna miss the ladies, hope they do well. Either way enjoyed the first grow, learned a lot. Thanks to everyone here for their years of experience. :D Let me know what you guys think.

Man you are my insperation. i just started flowering on the 6th and i will be leaving for 12 days. my plant aren't even close to that big. im doing such a bad job on my first grow. i am just using walmart soil. MG potting mix, MG moisture control, peat moss, and perlite. i am not adding any nutes and am using cfls. I want so bad to spend a legit 2g's on a set up and get a good tent and Igrow lights but im trying to justify it.....and i think you just did. if i could grow plants like this i would consider my life complete!! keep up the great work. Keep up on the posting. ill be following very close and asking a lot of advice.

Thanks man. I guess for my first grow it didn't turn out too bad. But still made a lot of mistakes, just gotta make sure to learn from them.

As for the investment, whatever you put into it, sooner or later it will pay itself off. Definitely don't cheap out on the lights, that's the main thing you will need for a successful grow.

Were those autos? at 41 days they look done. Your main cola appears to have a double stem which I've had happen (don't know what causes it). It's basically two main colas merged into one.
