Well got done reading the majority of your grow and it looks like we are around the same time flowering. You obviously have more time in veg than I did but me, you and leafy should be harvesting about the same time. Awsome grow so far man!!

Thanks guys yeah this is the end of the 5th week today. Sorry I don't have a cam today but they are really looking pretty good I am going to water today. The cannalope with the wider leaves looks like it's going to harvest earlier than expected it already has plenty of orange hairs and just generally looking about done. It will probably finish up in 7 weeks 8 maybe the other one might be 9-10 weeks. The colombian will take even longer. The seedlings are starting to come around and I gotta few really nice ones: The Querkle, the mikado and some of the dopes. Some of them are a little behind schedule and sort of small but they should come around in the next week or 2. I think I may have figured out what the problem with my veg box is. The PC fans are hooked up to a weak adapter and I saw a video yesterday that made me think the fans are not operating at the maximum potential. I know it's been way too hot for the time they are in it and I am going to work on that this weekend. That's about it I can't wait cuz I'm tired of smokin this overpriced crap everybody has for sale, I mean I got much better weed before everybody had their licenses and paid about the same price. Going crazy I love smoking my own homegrown it's just how i like it:)

Heyyy man. Looking good!! Theyre comin along nicley!! Crazy to think its only the end of week 4! Those babies are gonna fill out NICELY!! Cant wait to see soem moe pics. Thats good you got some other seedlings goin. I have another WW thats like 2-3 weeks old..a dn anotehr Mystery Seed going too. Sooo hopefully when I harvest my White Widow on 4/20.. after they dry I can flower the other 2 plants. =)

I can see what plant u were talkin about.. when you said the leaves were big.. adn covering alot of the bud sites. If u r gonna cut some bug fan leaves off... u should wait another week or 2 before u do it. or.. u can do what i did before i cut them off.. i got twisty ties adn tied them down... that way u dont have to cut anything.. adn u can still get light to your other bud sites. if u go to a dollar store... like Dollar Tree or something.. they sell a rold of twist tie stuff.. its like a roll of tape.. except its just one long ass twisty tie.. and the package has a metal thing on the end so you can cut it to w.e. length u want. and if u cant find that.. look for the lil tiny black rubber bands... u might b able to use those??

Well keep up the good work man. theyre looking GGGGRRRREAT!! (like frosted flakes) lol

Lol CHB. I don't think I'm going to cut fan leaves I want them to give as much of their energy to the buds as I can. If they had taken the shape I had expected like the colombian I wouldn't even have this problem but they didn't respond to the topping as well as I wanted. I already have the twisty tie roll I guess I just don't know how to use them other than drilling holes in my buckets and tying the branches down. I'll try to get picturesz later. The other cannalope doesn't have that problem because the way it branched out better so even the smaller branches get pretty good light, that's why I never took a clone of it I really wish I did though that one is bigger has fatter buds, is going to take a little longer to finish and was stinky it's whole life. The bagseed I figured I was going to phase out even though I got a momma and a clone of it because it's buds were so small at first but yesterday I rubbed the buds and they smelled like skunk and the buds are getting bigger so it might be worth keeping. I also got a bunch of premium bagseeds the other day...too many strains too little time.

Well the colombian was starting to yellow and I figured it needed some more nutes. I went ahead and added the Peace of mind because it was time anyways but I added too much for her. She got burned up pretty bad and I figured that moving her into some more intense light would help her and hopefully she comes out of her funk but she's pretty messed up. Once I moved her it was apparant that the walls were holding her up and now she's just kinda just draped over. I feel like she might die and it's a shame but now I know how to take care of these plants in the future. Next time I will flower them when they are much younger or just flower clones of it so they don't get so lanky. Also, she doesn't like a lot of fertilizer she burns very easy. For now I will give her a few more weeks and hopefully she starts growing some more trichs this is definately a hard plant to grow. My next round should be a lot more efficient especially since I'll have clones. The other plants are all doing really well though and except for all the cat hair they are lookin great.

Yeah well the nutes I'm using are slow release fertilizer and I applied it pretty heavily. Eventually I will get better equipment so i can be in control of the nutrients but this strain just doesn't like them much. I applied the same strength fertilizer to the smaller one in the back throughout the whole grow and you can see it never had any issues. the hawaiians did burn up in this soil too though. The CH plants love nutrients also these are pretty easy plants to grow IMO and vary vigorous. Thanks for the compliments.

BTW today is the end of the 6th week of flowering.

yeah it sucks when you know that it's too hot but there's nuthing you can do about it:neutral: Your gonna need to get one sooner or later you would be surprised how hot it can actually get and you can't do anything at all w/out it because it's impossible to see what's helping and what's not. The position of the fans can change everything. Got mine for like 12 bucks and it measures two seperate spots so you can measure the air at the bulb and incoming air or w/e. If i didn't pick one up i would probably have some dead plants. I have grown crops in a closet that was 90 degrees almost always but not ideal. Plus i used to have one i figured it might turn up but never did. I'll find it when i don't need it.

Yeah it sux ass i figured that with 30cfm exhaust fans in a 4 cubic foot box i would be more than good but it doesn't work that way i guess. It's not the lights but the ballasts that get really hot and it's jnot able to dissapait, add incoming air that's already 80 degrees and your sol. The problem is that the rest of the house is open so the air is pretty much the same throughout the house but when i close the door the hot air gets trapped and the rest of the house is say 65 degrees and it's 72 degrees in the bedroom. Than the heater is heating the rest of the house to 70 and the hot air is just pumpin in to the smaller room. I try to cover up the vent but it's not really helping. All i can do is moniter it for now until i can come up with a better solution-ideally i would have a grow tent and than the whole room could be left open without worrying about light entering the flowering room. I just don't have 400$ to buy a tent and a good fan. I went in there last night before lights off and it was only 96 degrees fuck! I wonder if fire will mess up the plant's flowering cycle? I just flicked my bic, saw the temps and stumbled through the darkness turned off some of the cfls and rechecked temp dropped to 87 and i left. So yeah can only run a couple lights 3 at the most. I think a bigger cfl would help just gotta spend some more $. Any suggestions would be great! Maybe i need to get a big ass light and have the ballast outside of the box with the light on the inside. Idk i'll figure out something where there's a will there's a way right? If i could just move the box somewhere else it would help but really don't have a lot of free space in my little place. For my fans i have 3. On the first page you can see the exhaust fan i use and than i got the other 2 oscillating fans. The one i finally got hung upside down in the corner so that it blows the hot air from under the bulbs but the damn fan doesn't want to oscillate now just stays blowing towards the door. In all honety though i have been thinking that this is probably the best option anyway as it just blows air from the back of the closet towards the front and will still help get some of the 250's heat out still. Than the other fan i have kind of broinging in cooler air and blowing it to the back of the closet i still have some experimenting to do to see what works best been busy with the other box's temps tho.

I said in my last post that i was pretty unimpressed with the bagseed and now that i got 2 clones of it i'm thinking about possibly planting them outdoors somewhere i have no clue where but perhaps a friend can help. I could harden them off here and than take them to the spot. Could also add some more clones in the near future. My head never stops thinking...sometimes it's annoying when your still up at 2am thinking about shit like this lol. So as promised here's the pics.

the rest are pretty self explainatory. Happy fri. Can't believe it's really been 5 weeks of flowering is that right? The 6 weeks of veg felt like an eternity, i guess having 2 rooms makes the time so much more manageable since your getting twice as much done.

Well yeild isn't going to be anywhere close to what i wanted. The colombian is practically dead I will probably harvest her this week so i have something to smoke while the cannalopes finish. I tried some of her last night and she was pretty smooth which I didn't expect but that's organics for you:) The buzz is real weird just your typical premature weed stone that I don't really like. It's basically like shwag but I'll probably get a 1/2 oz of it or something it should be okay for a week or something while the others dry/cure. I'll definately get enough smoke for me this round but I really wanted to upgrade my stuff but may have to wait a round. Overall I was happy with these seeds. They were very tall lanky sativas which I expected and I never had any bananas. After seeing some other WOS sativa landraces grown out I would say they have quality genetics, just not an easy plant to grow. I definately want to grow some of their Afgan seeds I have now. I have a 2 clones I am flowering trying to sex them but nuthing yet.I am waiting on a clone that may or may not show up this week. Anyways here's some pics. This stuff looks great can't wait to smoke a little.

Well it's because I didn't fill up the room well enough, my light is too weak and since it's hung on the closet's rod, it's too close to the wall and doesn't cover a large enough area. I am going to try and get a bigger light and a tent and keep this as my veg room.

What do the trichomes look like? Cloudy?

look above I'd say cloudy there are a few amber trichs but not very many at all. I think I'll harvest one this weekend and the other maybe another week and hopefully the bagseed will be finished by than. I will be sticking a clone of it into flower to see what it would look like as a bigger plant. I'm thinking it might have flowered slowly because it was so small when I flowered it. It took about 3 weeks to show any pistils and they are the smallest I have ever seen. By the time this one starts flowering I can try the smoke and see if it's worth keeping. The cannalopes a winner though that's for sure and the dopes look very promising already.
