First grow journal cannalope and ?

thanks, that's the bagseed. At first I thought the plant just needed to grow some more till it started budding and that when I put a more mature plant in there it would start and finish flower earlier but now I just see it's got a lot of sativa in it. Seriuosly that thing just quadrupled in size in a matter of days. It's recieving light from the 400 so it's not weak light. You can kinda see it in the last picture. That one is like a foot and a 1/2 lower down than the cannalope is now. When I flowered that plant it was like less than 6'' tall. and I already have a another mother and clone and took 2 more monster clones yesterday. It's a fast grower and really easy especially for a sativa. Has had an odor since a sprout basically and is pretty skunky. I just got done looking at your thread dolo looks like I still gotta spread the rep around. I don't know what to plant next I just got the sannies gear in the mail(that was fast)and thinking about running some chocolate rain.

sorry not a lot of updates I've been busy a lot going on right now. The first cannalope is all done and the whopping weight was 1 oz yay. Hopefully I can do better with it in the future or else I am going to not be growing this pheno anymore. It doesn't really have much smell or taste kinda subtle and earthy but nothing that great. The high on the other hand is really good very potent and dream-like. Not that it will knock you out but kinda a euphoric feeling makes you a little giddy and feels like your levitating a little bit. I really enjoy the buzz feels sativa to me The other pheno I chopped yesterday. She was starting to show off some nice purple and pink hues and it was a pleasant surprise to say the least. Can't wait to test out the final product it's so much better in every way IMO. The smell is much more powerful skunky and fruity. I upgraded my 250 MH to a HPS and it already seems to be so mush better than the MH. The bulb is longer and the hood is bigger so it covers more area and obviously it's putting out more lumens. I have added a pic of just the 400 on and than with the hPS and you can hardly even tell the MH is on. I also got an upgraded light for my MH that will emit more lumens and more red in the spectrum. That with the addition of more plants and new strains should make things interesting. i tried to upload pics last night but I couldn't. here goes nothing.

yeaa man.. i know wat cha mean.. it does seem like it takes forever!!! mine is taking forever too! and the worse thing is.. i have like nooo life. =( i just sit at home all day.. adn then go to my g/f's house for the night.. soo im constant;y looking un the clsoet at her over and over.. =/ but she is doing really good.. shes growin fast. well glad u finally got to harvest ur baby! =D

Sorry sort of neglected this thread. The Newest cannalope IS a whole lot better than the other one again it's too bad I never took a cutting of it. On the bright side, maybe, I found 5 seeds in one of the buds. She has some male flowers that I caught late because they were facing the back wall and I think maybe it was due to heat stress. For whatever reason I'm happy because maybe I can grow them and get more of her sometime down the road. The taste is not that powerful I didn't think either but has a slight citrus taste and my girl said it smells like a skunk and she was kinda getting nauseated from it. I on the other hand love the smell of skunk *opens jar* yeah pretty skunky lol. I never weighed it so IDK but it was more than the other one 2 oz maybe? The high is really clear and alert like the other one I'd say a little more powerful.

I put the romulan in flower and it was a male, so I planted the smaller of the 2 clones I bought in her place. I don't know what it is apparently it might be ISS but has some purples and is great smoke. Looks pretty sativa so I'm interested in seeing how she grows while I veg the other. (that was the plan from the beginning)At the same time I threw my small dope plant in hoping I can get a sample of it and see how it compares to the others. I also planted these all in MG OC as kind of an experiment. The cannalope is doing her thing and flowering quickly and already growing trichs and looking older than she really is. It's only been about 2-3 weeks since 12/12. This one has twice as many good tops as the other one after I supercropped her and with the better light I will see what she's capable of. The Mikado is amazing. For an indica she really stretched and fast too. It's been about a week sice shes been in flower and she went from needing a booster seat, to being on the table, to being too tall for the spot under the HPS. Had to move her to the back of the closet for the time being. So that's pretty much everything that's been going on in that department here's some pics.

thanks man if you stop in my other journal i got some more recent pics and talks of my woes from introducing the clones into my grow area. Spider mites what is wrong w/ everybody it was simple enough for me not get them growing for all these years. Oh well I will salvage most of the crop so I can only hope to not get them when I restart. I will harvest another cannalope this weekend most likely and will finally do a more thorough smoke report on the cannalope haze. I felt by doing a smoke report on the last ones I might be selling them short because of the fact I used a LOT of fertilizer in them. This time I used a much lighter mix and I feel that the smoke might be smoother this time around. The buds are fatter and I might be harvesting her @ 8 weeks while i went 9 last time. For all the good things about this plant the fact that it is very leafy is one reason I'm not too sad to see this particular pheno go but the other one was pretty leafy as well. A friend has a clone in his backyard and she's doing pretty good so i might even sample some outdoor too.
