I don't know what you mean by manage.. I will say personally I think your plants are a little young for lst. I try to not risk damaging the beginning leaves as it could kill the plant. Slow and steady wins the race. But I'm not an expert grower so take my advice as a grain of salt

I wait until they are about 4 inches then just bend them over and hold them down with twisty ties. The bondage seems to kick them in drive but only if you wait until they are done with their initial root expansion.

Yeah i know what you mean i just took the risk..i thought they were going to be stunted bad for awhike but only a day after i topped they were already growing at a normal rate. Non have shown any signs of weakness yet though

How big do they get just in those 3 gallon? Will i be able to use my five gallon pots throughout the whole season until harvest and how big would they get

This is my first grow. I'm hoping they stay in the 3/4 foot range. I just transplanted 2/3 weeks ago. Doing a side by side to see differences
