First grow. Are they ready?? Pics included

Hey everyone I have 2 dutch passion mazar (8-9week flower time) and 1 akorn snowbud (55-60 day flower time) they both just entered week 8 of flower today (50 days) and on the dutch passion they have like 65% red hairs on the bottom and middle but the main cola on one of them all the hairs are still mainly white and the akorn all the hairs are still white. I have a 40x jewelers loop not even sure if i'm using the damn thing right i think they are all somewhere between clear and milky i may have seen 1 or 2 ambers..i want an energetic high not couch lock so i'm not trying to go too amber. My plan all along was to start flushing today as i have 1 or 2 weeks tops left. what does everyone think?? Should I start flushing today? Thanks!

still a lot of white pistols in pics 6 and 7 probably 2 weeks away just guessing

2 or 3 weeks till i start flush?? or should i start flush at end of week and flush for 14 days? and should i stop my nutes (cha ching by foxfarm) at the end of the week??

with one being snowbud the pics i've seen it's supposed to be like that i guess very little orange hairs
