Wow man that really sucks that your landlord did you in like that.

Its at his discretion to tell the cops and he decided to fuck you over. He could have just said, get them out or I evict you but he went straight for the whole shebang.

And yea thats pretty lame if some pig chopped one of the tops, if you ever bring evidence to court make sure you bring up the fact that you had 16 plants and evidence is missing (you have photos to prove it)

Depending on what state you are in, its probably just going to be 1-2 years probation.

well as it turns out the landlord told my neighbor about it and my neighbor came over and chopped two nugs for me before the cops got there, dont think there gonna get me high but im sure the fuck gonna smoke um anyways lol....oh yeah the cops came in before I told them it was ok, is my landlord aloud to let them in without my consent, my neighbors said they would go to court with me and tell them exactly what happened.:peace:

I really wouldn't be too worried, ohio is one of the most lenient states, plus I take it you don't have any prior mj convictions?

I think the owner of the property has the right to do whatever on his property, so granting police access would definitely be in his legal rights. I could be wrong though, but it doesn't look like you are in that much trouble, if they didn't take you off to jail or anything its probably just a misdemeanor anyway.

WOW talk about being fuckin lucky, its a felony here punishable by up to 5 years for like 1 or 2 plants, 10 years if u have more than that cause they think u are trafficing. Plus Tax Evasion for not havin a stamp, I dunno never hear of any grows getting busted in the area. Only idiot dealers that are selling to kids and shit

Did your LL give you 24 hours notice before he entered your house to change the water heater?

When I google it I see alot of this type thing. Maybe if he came in wrongfully it would make a difference? Good luck at any rate!

I spent a year in dys for breaking and entering and burglary (im def. not the same person anymore) that was on my juvenille record though.....man im so fuckin depressed

Man sorry to hear this brother. You might have a case but just get a lawyer and try not doing any more damage to your side of the case. The cultivating sucks but you need to try and keep them from proving conspiracy to sale/distribute or actually distributing, which normally goes hand an hand with cultivation and carries a harshed penalty. Keep us updated if ya can interested in finding out how this goes for you with all the different aspects involved got my fingers crossed for ya.

Damm that's fucked up!!! I hate a snicth! 1 to the head and 1 to the mouth!!! i'll prey for ya! but u live in ohio!! your MJ laws are soft...cant say that for my crazy azz state....FLORIDA!!! 16 plants is a 3rd degree felony but that still carries 5yrs!! Boy I hope that law to legalize MMJ makes it to the ballot here in FLA and passes in NOV!

Hey guys I havent been on in a while cuz getting on here makes me pretty sad, but ill get on every once in a while to let you guys no im not in jail or anything, I will post a new journal once I move out of this state and gets my med licence since I have epilepsy. That will happen as soon as possible (probably around 2 years) I know it sounds like a long time but ill keep you guys posted on my savings and future plans.:peace:

More bad news got a 211$ speeding ticket, and lost my job due to a random drug test. So im not sure when my luck is gonna change.

Damn dude, things just are not goin very good for you at all!!!!!!! I am sorry to hear that man, This is prolly the worst time possible to loose your job. I imagine u gettin busted had something to do with it, either the cops or someone who know wut happened and ratted u out to ur job. Speeding tickets suck, I have had MANY but not all for speeding.

Ide like to thank everybody for all the motivation and kind words. It turns out losing my job may have been a good thing, now I will be getting a job with my brother (in 30 days when I can piss) and its better money, alot better money. My father has calmed down, and insists on getting me the best lawyer in the area. At least im not locked up yet and im just letting my body clean out so I can get back to work, I cant stand just sitting around doing nothing. :wall:
