between 4 and 6 just keep your light high away so they stretch out insead of branch out since you have 5 foot in height to work with

Alright thanks man!!!! One more question for you... how deep do you think I need the rubbermaid thing to be? I have a deep one that is like 24long x 18wide by 18 deep or a 30long x 24wide by 14 deep? Not sure wich to use... I should have pics up tomorrow of the almost finished fridge... well minus the DWC setup cause I dont have clones to put in it...

How long do I need to wait or rather how tall should my babies be before I can pull some clones off them...

Also I need to sex them... can I just go 12/12 with the daylight bulbs or do I have to change them all to 2700k just till they show sex?

Grr so I just tried a test run with my dwc setup and the weight of the water was to much for the rubber maid thing and it made the bottom of it flex and that made the epoxy I used to hold the bubblers down come loose... any ideas??? I have so good plastic epoxy but Im not sure were to attach the damn things cause they are 14 inches long... maybe a screw through the bottom of it?

I have a air pump hooked up to 2 14 inch air stones and I need to attach the air stones to the bottom of the container somehow...

The epoxy was holding it but when I filled it up with water the weight made the bottom flatten out a bit wich in turn made the epoxy come loose.

So I have the fridge and dwc setup built(Ill have pics tomorrow) But I have a question about the dwc...

How much bubbles do I need? I have a pump from walmart that claim to handle 30-60 gallons and 3 14inch airstones also from walmart.. And oyea the rubbermaid container I used is 20 gallons and its 18 inches tall... And I plan to grow 5 3 foot plants in this setup.
