Fertilizers

New guy here from NC. First Timer. I keep seeing to have fertilizers with NPK 30-15-15 for vegetative growth and 15-30-30 when flowering. I have checked a LOT of stores and can not find fertilizer with these numbers. Where do you get them???

WOW. 54 people looked at this question and no one has an answer. I thought this is where we go for help. Did I do something wrong? I used mouthwash and deodorant today!!
