Ok who got what?
I got an early pressy today....Small barrel smoker BBQ.....Doing 4 racks of ribs tomorrow.....lump charcoal and hickory chunks for smoke....Should take about 5 hours for ribs. Ribs are in Fridge now sitting in some rub.

Well I did 3 big ass chicken tits tonight that I dry marinated with my special blend seasoning for about 3 hours then in the smoker for 3 1/2 hrs at around 275-300 Lots of good hickory smoke and some Diana's chicken and rib brushed on for the final hour and they were good....Leftovers is lunchmeat for the week.

Wife said she smelt the BBQ 3 blocks away LOL....Tomorrow will be BBQ and Beer day in my yard.

Probably going to get to go to the beach and chill with some friends, maybe smoke some herb as the sun sets over the water. That'll be a nice way to spend the evening.

I just got back from a 2hr fireworks show with the family for part of my Father's Day weekend. We had a bbq at the park earlier.

I haven't gotten it yet but I know I'm getting it tomorrow, this Craftsman Universal tool set.

Tools and BBQ's the 2nd best gifts for Fathers day....I still have everyone of the home made gifts each of my kids made in school which will allways be # 1

Meat is on...36 minutes and counting LOL....In Canada its not against the rules to drink beer on Fathers day before noon so I am cracking a cold Coors Light to go with the smell of smoking hickory and ganja


And I raise a glass and a pipe to all the Fathers out there that get to stick it out with their kids. to those that run and hide cause they are pussies.....fuck You assholes......Enjoy guys its our day.
