Ok first pic is a young robin just out of the nest walked right up to me to check me out while smoking the ribs....2nd pic is our 4 delicious racks of ribs.....needless to say we have some leftowvers....Between My lady, myself and my youngest boy we managed to eat about a rack and a half...smoked for 5.5 hrs and they were just about right...gotta modify for perfection.....Next is a big ass turkey breast next weekend.....for the lunchboxes.
