fuck the police, DAMN.
"Anyway, he said, there is an argument to be made that anyone who has a medical need for marijuana probably should not be driving in the first place."
'"There's a right to travel,'' Montgomery acknowledged. "But no court has ever found that there is a right to a driver's license.'''
Bill Montgomery is the King of Assholes

How do people think like that. It's like he has a vendetta against the medical marijuana community.

When will an ol' Cortez High School photo of him smoking reefer show up?

His arguement will go a long way - IMO.. If you look at why the limit level of .08BAC is what it is you will see even a person under the .08 level can get persecuted under the ARS as impaired to the slightest degree which carries the same punishment as the DUI(.08 or higher)

So what this will create is another ARS that will fix this issue! Keep in mind the "Zero Tolerance" rule (Great idea for alcohol & driving - too many folks are killed by it) Now if you look at Marijuana and driving... I have never heard of an accident CAUSED by the marijuana impairment! With the arguement of the DUI laws in mind you can apply all the same reasons to marijuana and driving.. Though it may take 1 hit for a 100lbs woman and 3.5 grams for a large sized male to get impaired it doesn't have a set standard to approach the situation so a full out ban on the metabolites of marijuana or any federally scheduled is 100% legal... But when you bring up the constitutional arguement of travel it is a different story! One is not required to have a drivers license to travel on publics highways but is required if conducting any type of commernce. So the law in some form is not constitutional but in a narrow select area it is unconstitutional...

All that will come of this is more crap.... So I am good with my foot in the shit but knee high - I'm out!!

I think they should take a serious step back and re-evaluate weed in comparison to alcohol, maybe. I don't know but no matter how hard I scramble for some reason this shit should be illegal fact is its safer than alcohol and cigarettes, let alone its classified as a schedule 1 drug the same as heroin. you can't even OD on it its safer than tylenol. why the fuck isn't there plants in our front yards. Its probably just moneyt at the end of the day. isn't more than 0% of prison populace over weed related shit?
