Looking all good right now. Soon i will be puthing them to flower. They're bushy and short, indica dominant right away. They are 60-100 cm(specs) when growing indoors, right now they are 40 cm more or less, so when i put them to flower i hope i see at least a double increase in size.

Thank you everyone!.

It's still awfully early for flower I'd wait 2 - 3 more weeks if you have the space.
It will be a nice Christmas present to yourself.
Are the shade leaves staggered?

First, never be sorry for not understanding something. Next:
In the early stages of growth the shade leaves grow equal heights
from each other, at maturity they start staggering in growth. If you
look at the plant from the bottom to the top the shade leaves at the
bottom are paired as you go up they will become uneven, these are
the signs of plant maturity when the plant can produce flowering
hormones.
I should have explained it better. Education makes a good grower.

Well done, it's been a fast step from where we started. I'm glad to see you have a grip on them now.
Congratulations, job well done.

Thank you very much. This grow i didnt apply any growing tecnique. Im looking to apply LST (Fiming or Tipping) but the SCROG gets my attention. Any recommendation?

One really really novice question, the packet says that has a flowering time of 7 weeks, does this include vegetative state?. Thanks

No, the veg. time depends on the plant. Early on the shade leaves will grow in a
paired position when mature they stagger. If you look at the plant from the side
the shade leaves will be even with each other then they will switch to staggered
where they grow at uneven heights. This is when you go to 12/12.
Now for flowering, most all canna flowers for 8-10 weeks, seed co.'s use minimum
time in best case scenario. Don't believe them, your buds will be ready when 20-30%
of the trichomes are amber. You will need a magnifier of at least 30 power.
I know I covered maturity before but we might have a new reader.

The uneven height part i understand it before thank you fo that. The flowering time was the concept i get it wrong from the package at the beginning. I thought when the half of the little hairs were amber and the microscope showed cloudy trichomes they are ready to harvest. The cloudy trichomes is a better indicator? .

I got a 60-100x microscope from amazon, that has an adapter for my smartphone, i think it do the job.

Thanks!

The trich's are the key but if you get some amber you are sure all will be ripe
if you go just cloudy you might be on the short end of ripe.
I check the lowest buds for cloudiness and cut.
That scope is great. Lots of users.

Hello! Here's a little update on my grow, also some upper leaves(In 1 plant, the tallest one) shows problems, im guessing is zinc defiency, am i wrong? Its getting worse and i dont know what to do. Some lower leaves show nitrogen deficiency,im pretty sure about that.

Day 62 (19 days from flower) , All good to this point.

Day 69 (24 days from flower), Problems start to show

Are you using Calmag? also what nutes are you using? the top looks a little "rams horn" which is nute burn if the bud tips are drying out it shows calcium/magnesium def.
Yellowing of the shade leaves in late flower is normal your sugar leaves look dark green.
Second look at pic day 69 looks more like nute burn not calmag.
Nute burn will turn leaves yellow from nute lockout.
You are using 5 gal. buckets if I remember, how is your drainage?

I used a fertilizer in the early veg stage, i think is 17-5-5, i used it only once, but i think i overdosed because the leaves are still very green. The drainage is pretty good in the 5gal buckets but i should started with 2 plants, 4 plants is to much for that space, specially in 5gal buckets.
Do you recommend a flush for the nutrient burn? How much water for a succesful flush for hthe 5 gal buckets?

Thanks.
