*experiment* 12/12 from seed CFL grow

Good luck with the experiment
Last spring I did a few seeds 12/12 straight away.
The bummer was only one of the four seeds
turned out female.
The good news was, in a one gallon pot with a little bit of lst,
she netted over 2.5oz
She grew under 250w hps her whole life.
I believe from the day she broke the soil, until the day she was cut down,
was a total of 92 days.
Here's hoping you get lots of girls.

i am looking to do a micro grow, this is a neat idea. i'd like to a complete stealth grow with light tight ventilation and odor control.

I'm not 100% sure, I got the seeds for christmas 09 from a friend who crosses all kinds
of strains. He thought they were seeds from bubblegum crossed with a strawberry strain.
Very colorful buds, smelling fruity and skunky at harvest and had a lemony fruity
taste once cured, the smoke reminded me of froot loops.
I didn't notice any strawberry traits, smells, or taste.

Started a 36 hr dark period today....just to see if it actually makes a difference. Also, decided to cut it back to three (one wasnt making it, and the other two never sprouted). This gives me a little bit more room to work with.

Will start 12/12 tomorrow night.

I'm confused?
Does this mean you vegged and decided not to do 12/12 from seed?

i guess technically you can say I vegged for just shy of 2 days lol.

I did 18/6 until the sprouts came up.

So simple and inexpensive, good job!

Thanks, alexonfire! Simple and inexpensive is exactly what I was shooting for.

I transplanted into slightly larger pots last night, but I don't think I'm happy with it.....we'll see how it goes.

So, now they're in 5 inch pots, with FFOF amended with some perlite and just a TOUCH of bone meal for some more N. All three are looking good so far. I'll try to post pics a little later.
I also came into 1 headband and 1 og kush seeds...I'm thinking on saving those until the HPS set-up is back online...I'm excited for that!
