so after our move and two months we got internet hooked up. I can finally post again!!!
Out of the thirteen plants, we turned out very unlucky and only one female turned out (pic)
It is caribbean skunk brought by myself, looks strong, lots of flowers, and that stinky and sweet smell.
What advice do yall have for this new stage?:weed:

looking good. it's hard to tell anything about the condition of the plant because the shot is from far away and under HPS light, but it looks healthy and certainly sativa dominant.

I'll look back through this thread, but what is the total of light you've got on it now, and (as batman asked) what are you feeding it now? How far are your lights from the plant?

What does your thermometer say when the light is on?

What kind of bat shit is it? I think you may be using a bit too much. It's often very high in Nitrogen. When you have too much nitrogen, you get brown tips like you see on your plant - often referred to as nute burn. It's great to go organic, but with bat shit - depending on which kind, you may run short on Phosphorous and Potassium. See if there's an NPK on the label.

Here is a guide (there are many on the internet) that lists common organic sources of N,P and K: Recommended Soil Amendments :: Common Ground Organic Garden Supply and Education Center

Oh, and how long have you been on 12/12? Now that you're flowering, P and K are especially important for good bud growth.

temp and light sound good. could probably go a little closer with the light, but that is about right.

did you put bat shit on the soil and use plain water? i would not feed any more for a while, and look for some organic sources of Phosphorus and Potassium.

Scott's is not great, but if it's all you can find, it's better than nothing. It has at least some P and K in there. Plain water for a week, and then start feeding that fertilizer at 1/3 strength for a week, 2/3 strength for a week, and then to full strength if they don't show any negative effects. If they start to look like they're overfertilized, reduce the strength.

So you water them every day, or are you just misting? The pot should dry out somewhat before you water them again. Overwatering would explain the droopy leaves. So would underwatering. You can tell if it's underwatering - the leaves will perk up when you water them. As you start to develop buds, you should start misting less, as it will promote fungus formation.

Watch carefully for Magnesium deficiency, as the fertilizer you are using probably does not contain any. You will see this as yellow and then brown spots starting on lower leaves, eventually resulting in the yellowing and dropping of the lower leaves.

Do you have $20-30 USD? You can probably get a quart of concentrated organic nutrients such as botanicare or fox farms shipped for that much (or see if you can get them from your garden shop).

:joint: well as usual posting the new developments... we are thinking about doing SCROG with this plant so we appreciate any advice from yall on how to shape the plant, especially regarding SCROG. the plant is a big bang from greenhouse seeds, the light currently is a 250 HPS, we got our baby on veg and thinkng about how much left til we should go 12/12 so we can keep a low height.
The big bang was germinated on November 17th, will keep you posted! By the way we got a red dwarf that has just sprouted, a SAD, and a wild rose for now. has anyone had experience with these?
Peace! :weed:
