End The Left/Right fighting and Unite or Humanitarian Issues will never be resolved

We the people must come together with our common goals. If we are to change anything we must unite. The corporate interest, consumerism/apathy, and criminals are having their way with us for just over a decade now. While the good people fight or poke fun amongst each other via the left/right para-dime in two separate sects, the enemy furthers their inhuman agendas right in front of our eyes in the information age. They divide and conquer us. United we stand, divided we fall.

The reality is that we as the people have much common ground, we must stand on that ground together on humanitarian issues or they will NEVER be addressed. We should also have one common enemy, those who stand against humanity, even if not verbally, then they should be judged by their actions, and further for their lack of actions.

This is why me must come together with Occupy and make it ours or it will not work. We can't let this divide us, what this means is by the protesters not caving in to the corporations, special interest groups, unions, and thugs...by not being co-opted by such groups.

Further, what this means is the conservatives and libertarians joining and not sitting back in their easy chair cracking childish jokes while these bastards hijack yet another movement of the people.

Hey I can Dream can't I...Don't hate on me for dreaming...Realist and neoliberals. Id like to hear some real solutions however, not the usual criticism and negativity. I don't want to hear about how I have no idea what the hell I am talking about, I am quite aware of that tyvm.

And for the left/right worshipers, lets talk about how WE THE PEOPLE can co-opt a movement for once, spare us from the child like jokes and left or right stereotypes for one thread , one love, and thats humanity babie :)

Sorry but Ron Paul is not my common ground.
*Sigh* Looks like everything I wrote just went over your head...Common ground would be the humanitarian issues that we all believe in.....like ya know...inhumane things?.....you say theres too many Ron Paul threads, why do you keep bringing it up?

Yeah, to hell with coming together, on any cause except national defense. When the Libs are in power, they tell the Conservatives to piss off and they strike forward with their suicidal progressive agenda. When the Conservatives are coming into power, it's always the same from the MSM and the left, "it's time to come together, it's time to work together, its time for compromise". Fuck that... I don't want to come together at all, I want to defeat these idiots and then I want to unwind 80 years of their progressive bullshit.

Coming together and compromising is just double talk for "we'll accept small gains for our progressive agenda, instead of the giant leaps we really want". It's time to get to work, screw the left, who cares what the MSM writes, this is ain't the time to use a scalpel, it's time to use a Salamanca broadsword. I want cuts so big, liberals will be flinging themselves off buildings and getting so worked up they have aneurysms on the spot. I want it so ugly that when I come on this forum, all the libs will be screaming about how we're reverting back to the middle ages... and then I want to DOUBLE the effort and cut even more. It's high time we just ignore these fools and clean house.

I'd hate to say it OP, but it looks lke you're beating you head against a stone wall. The american sheeple have their heads so far up their asses they have to fart to breathe. 90% of the people on here would argue with you just for the sake of arguing.

Not so much of an argument as it is an abject rejection. Too many decades of capitulation on the part of conservatives.

except the Republicans aren't in power, it's a split government.

Also, you want to reduce the size of government? Then what the hell is your objection to the Obama/Beohner "grand bargain" - of which would've reduced the size of government more aggressively than what was eventually decided on? Isn't that your ultimate goal? Or are you more worried about protecting tax cuts for corporate jets and oil companies?

Not for long.

Nice try buddy. You keep talking about ridiculous cuts while we get down to lopping off about 40%.

To the op: I'd gladly try to post an intelligent comment, but I'm not sure quite what you're saying. Which current policies would you target, and what are your proposed replacement policies?
