I beg to differ rnr. I saw an interview with Justin where he said it would be regulated like tobacco and liquor and just like being allowed to make your own beer for personal consumption you would also be allowed to grow your own. :D

Ya but how many for med patients? I'm not just buddy on the street looking to get high for the night...I need a steady supply, every two hours or so, that's more than just a coupleof plants... do you think JT is going to screw over Chuck in this deal? Me thinks not....

Well...I don't think there is a limit to how much wine or beer I can make. I think the problem will be making sure your grow is for personal use only. You can grow it just do not sell it!

It is pot we're talking about right? This is a drug that every single government that has gone before has demonized. Now that there is money to be made, you can bet there will be unreasonable limits put in place for med patients...it will go against the corporate model...regulated, taxed and controlled...

the courts are on our side but look at how the Government has replied-Smith won so we are allowed concentrates..so they put laws out so we can't make our favourite or best without breaking the law...but we can buy it from a LP
they had to change because the courts said one grower to one patient isn't good enough so they updated their laws so a grower can grow for 2 people. they are incredibly guilty of doing the absolute minimum.
I think the courts should apply some common sense clause so they can't do crap like that

MMAR people can make meds
MMAR people and LP people are legal to posses meds in any form. (but dont get caught with it)
MMAR are allowed to make, oil and hash.(but don't get caught or you go to court)

There are no new laws stating MMAR cannot make their meds.
If they get charged, they go to court and they get off. Loose everything in the mean time but hey...WHO FUCKING GIVES A RATS ASS about some sick people?!?!?!! :confused::cuss::fire:


That's the way it is and all common sense.

The laws have to be SET and there are no laws as of yet really..Not ones that get followed by the police, public or the sick...

People need to go to jail for this. It's completely unacceptable. I don't really give a fuck if it's an honest mistake either. The elections process needs to be flawless and if you're gonna get paid my money the price for a fuck up that is going to disenfranchise someone needs to be gigantic.

Yup which is why I'm voting NDP. Although it probably won't matter as I think May will win this no problem. Conservatives came in second last time.
