So the Cons are the herps then? because the damage these mother fuckers have done is going to last forever, and no doubt they will show their ugly faces a few more times in Canadian politics before I die.

Mulcair is speaking in town tonight. He is making a 'surprise' visit to the cafe my wife works at before the 'event'...it is owned by a former provincial NDP mla. I think I may go hear what he has to say.

I hate wading in on political threads....but it is only the liberal party which is numerically capable of winning
against the divisive tactic's of the Selfservatives....
so if you want to see a change....suck it up and vote liberal.....regardless of C51...we can get them to dump the
legislation after the fact....with pressure at a local level...
There is plenty of legislation that could use reverse engineering....that the cons have brought in...and again with local pressure on your elected official....you will see change....

If everyone with a civic conscience...did there part to force change....and not take "no" for an answer from government
then you would see very few homeless people...for instance....we can easily afford to give a hand up....to the less fortunate...
if the gov can spent 1/2 million total ...to illegally raid 2 med patients who grow mmj...then we can easily give that money away to someone who needs it....
There is no need for things like kids going hungry...or homeless...there is no need for draconian rules for mmj use...
there is no need to harm the environment....etc etc...
Canada could easily be a role model for the world to follow....just by making a few changes....
and doing things without money in mind for a change...

i agree with your second paragraph but not your first. i am not normally any kind of political person but this one i am. The Libs were almost wiped out last election so unless they pull out a rabbit, i don't think they will win.
C51 took away a lot of freedoms and rights so I can't stand behind anyone who is OK taking away our freedoms and rights. why put pressure when one guy already said he'd repeal it.

and this is why i hate politics-everyone goes with their feelings and beliefs. when you get passionate opinions, you get passionate responses. sometimes you even see people get pissed....just because someone has a different idea. i respect your opinion and view for sure and am very glad you will be helping to vote out Harper

2..............................295......................... 2,186,422................................16 percent

Well that was a waste of time. A bunch of his supporters showed up at the cafe, but he didn't. I didn't go to the 'main event', but it looked like a huge turnout.

I can't wait to see if Novak gets the axe.

The more Harpco deflects and denies wrong doing the worse he looks. Yet he can't fire him because it hurts his campaign too much if he does.

The Novak hinge is really going to hurt the Cons, no matter what Harper chooses to do with the Novak file it will tighten an already snug noose. Will be interesting to see what happens.
