So I'm starting my homebuilt Ebb and flow tables, an I'm stuck on 2 things,

First, is my flood times, I know the basics, I'm going with 4x at 15 mins, only when the lights are on, my day times are from 11:00am-11pm , Should I start the first flood at exactly at lights on?

My lights on schedule from 11-11pm, I plan to flood at, 11am, 3pm, 7pm, and the last one at 10pm.

Does this sound good? Any insight would be helpful!

Your over analyzing a bit....just cycle evenly even if lights are off 4 5 times maybe less maybe more depending on the environment in your grow room.

Yeah , I'm just switching from DWC, so I'm kind of like nervous a bit, but I figured I just might be over thinking it, an I'm going to keep it at 4x an see if it needs another one at night time, but thanks dude!

Yeah at lights on is the first. As the plants get bigger you may add another for 5 total if need be (Usually during flower when they really use fluids up).

If you get any kind of low moisture droop during the night. You should make your last one right before lights out.

I'm using just hydroton, I just transplanted from my veg/cloner, putting them into 4 inch pots filled with hydroton.

Also as I was doing this, The hydroton seem to not be able to hold up the stems in the pots, this troubles me, as the flood depth comes up at least 3 inchs up the pot, and plus i put them in at night time so I'm also worried about the bottom fan leafs sort of dippin in the flood water???????

when the roots take hold of the hydroton it will be good.

thats like the most minimal use of medium which i think is awesome. can u show us your table?

i would say 15min every 2 hr
but i swear you can do 15mins/hr 24hr and get awesome results even in 6in hydroton baskets. do whats convenient, it doesnt make that big of a difference, if the roots stay wet thru the entire drain time increase the drain cycle time.
