4 Black Creek Garden Spyder's are up, DinaFem Blue Thai also. AMS still nothing(I took the yellow off today so now its just a waiting game). Tap root on the Delicious Seeds Cotton Candy, so it's now in a RR plug. the DinaFem Deep Cheese hasn't done anything yet. maybe by morning i'll be able to plant her too. Debating starting a couple of each Hazeman's I got. I'll let you know what happens. Trainwreck seedling is growing and the Blue Dream is starting speed up again too.

No pictures for you guys sorry. gonna have to buy a new camera. went to my old apartment yesterday to find out that someone broke in stole a lot of my stuff and smashed my daughters "Baby's first piggy bank" and got away with like $400. fuckin ignorant people piss my off. I'm ordering some ebay shit tonight. 400w digital ballast (Dimmable MH/HPS) 120v for $69.99, 400w MH bulb $12, and HPS Bulb $12. at least one spyder is going to be used for the AUTO FLOWER SOLO CUP contest. I may do one inside and one out. both in pink SOLO cups. but i'm about to germ more seeds today I think. gotta get some more green in the room. it's so bare with nothing but seedlings. AHHHH lol

It's best to be responsible, but I guess lessons are learned and we move on. But damn, violence would be my first thought, I'm a pretty reasonable guy so I probably would have come to your conclusion. But still, slash some tires for fun at least for a while, lol.

Hell yeah bro, ebay gear is cheap, but it'll last a little while at least, and you may just get the lucky one in the lot. I need flowers in my room, I vegged a shitload of plants outside and they are ready for my new room. 1000w and 600w (until my buddy lends me his spare 1kw) in a 4.5 x 9 space. Normally I would never bring outdoor plants indoors, but I've had so few pests and mold problems outdoors, it's going to be perfect! Most pest free season by far outdoors, so I'm feeling real good about it. And I still have enough left over to have my regular outdoor crop.

I'm getting a second air cooled hood when I start flowering again. so I can make use of the magnetic 400w hps ballast I was using. I got a huge room at the moment but i'm going to put up some white walls and separate it a little bit. I'm setting up a separate space in a closet for my Spyder Males. I want to collect some pollen from them. also want to get some out of the Cocoa Puffs I got and White 88 G13/Hashplant. haven't quite figured out what I want to cross but eventually i'll cross some hybrids and take some serious time perfecting my own strain.

I'd slash tires if anyone in the building had a car. but they are all to broke to have one. I was the only one with a vehicle in the building. and then lost my back parking lot to a pool. haha. like I said ignorant. the building is changing hands and up for sale by the bank. no one has been around to collect rent in 3 months.. it was funny when I realized I was robbed. I put the key in the door, turned the handle, and the door fell to the floor. hahahahaha

If you're going to do some crossing, I suggest always crossing into something with similar lineage. And it's best to start with strains that you know are at least BX, or F2+. The more you inbreed, the better your results will be. Stable S1's usually make some of the most impressive inbreed crosses, Raskal's gentics are a prime example of breeding like this. It's the right way to do it, IMO, all of his strains are out of this world!

My end game is Blue Dream x Spyder. but the genetics of the BD from HSO is unknown. they say now it could be a cross of some super silver haze yet before when I bought it it was DJ Short blueberry male x GHS Neville's Haze female. no longer what is being said. the haze lineage is unknown at this point. I know everything I need to about the Spyder( I read the entire forum about Canned Abyss creating the strain)https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=112296 there is a link in the first post that brings up the original thread when he started the cross.

OK well I just put in an order on Ebay for some cheap grow equipment. OK I got An APOLLO 400w MH/HPS digital ballast 120v, 1 APOLLO MH bulb(36,000 lumens), 1 APOLLO HPS bulb(54,000 lumens). and finally a cheap dual wing reflective hood(not the air-cooled model) figure i'll use it for flowering when I run both lights. the kit came with a new timer and hangers for the light for a total of $98.98 w/ free shipping, so I am not complaining.

So I joined this AUTO SOLO CUP contest. I've been working on my cup tonight trying to figure out what I can do to increase my yield. I know I've read a few people in the forum talk about drilling holes everywhere to make an airpot solo cup. I believe I have 1uped that. I cut a few drain holes in the bottom of the sides of the cup(so nothing is actually draining from the bottom of the cup. next I increased the size of one of the holes, pulled out my fishing aerator(like for shiners) and pulled the hose through added a small airstone, and centered it at the bottom of the cup. squeezed 4 Rapid Rooter plugs into the bottom of the cup to hold the stone in place. I'm starting my auto in an RR plug so I will fill in the space with CocoGro and then place my plug in the middle. this should increase airflow within the root zone. with the bottom plugs not being fully compressed and the airstone active for every watering, I should be able to double the yield for a SOLO cup. at least it seems logical. any suggestions???

OKAY TIME FOR AN UPDATE!!!!! HAHA. My new light came in and BOY IT SHE BRIGHT. 400w MH/HPS 120v ballast, it's internally fan cooled but like that makes a difference in my sweat box. The roof is currently undergoing renovations so we are SHINGLESS and it sucks. 90+ week killed me. AC has been set at 62 for a while. and it's still 82+ in every room. 83-90 in my grow. got fans redirecting AC air right now until I can get a portable.... The Blue Dream is now in a 3.9 gal(what I used for the Auto AK), I think I can leave her there for quite a while and then once I have all the cuts I want from her i'll save another in veg and put her into a 10gal. Haven't decided what I want to do with the rest yet, still to early to tell if I am going to like them or not. I lost a few seeds this germ, AMS didn't make it along with it's breeder pack mates White widow the church and white rhino(from last grow). the Dinafem Deep Cheese didn't pop(it was free so I couldn't care). everything else did. 4 Black Creek Garden SPYDER autos (reg) all in my 8" pots I used before, gonna isolate a male and store some pollen for another time..... Delicious Seeds Cotton Candy popped and is in a 7QT container along with DinaFem Blue Thai. oh and the Trainwreck has it's first set of 3 and working on set of 5 I believe. I'll get some individual photos from the celly later.... They are almost all sprouts now so it's nothing special..... Got a new Ebay item i'm getting. 10'x25' black and white poly for $25 free shipping. Tent is FINALLY BEING BUILT. size????? 8'x4'x6'. I did it out on paper and I should be able to build the piping in the size I want and then wrap and seal the rest. for the bottom i'll just put down BLACK plastic to keep my carpets clean and that way it'll be easy to breakdown if problems arise within the garden that need me to get to every inch(mites or whatever... knock on wood, I've got enough bug issues now) I figure it can be 2 8'x4'x3' sections that go together top and bottom piece. I figure just a standard opening for a door to add some strength to the whole thing(instead of leaving the WHOLE front pipeless) 2-3 feet width max and only 5 ft tall. I don't mind ducking to peek in. my main concern would be the top center pipe. I COULD run multiple front to back at 4ft and that would help with support for the lights I believe. instead of having an 8ft with 2 HPS one air cooled hood one reflective hood. I feel that would be a little too much weight after a while and crash down on the garden. ANYWAYS if anyone's got any suggestions for me or just some input on the tent or my grow. whatever you want.. feel free to post.

OK so I couldn't deal with it anymore. I customized a window in my apartment to fit an AC... RIGHT IN THE GROW ROOM. lol hitting 95 on the reg didn't sit well with me. and then I started to notice burning on my leaves(first off i'm retarded for hooking up the MH without the air cooled hood, second even with a fan blowing directly on the light pushing air up..... got some burned leaves today. so the AC is in and running full blast.

Decided against building my own tent. gonna buy an ebay one. instead. exact same specs as I was going to build for only 20 dollars more. so why the hell not.

tent is on the way. ordered one of those 25x-200x digital microscopes for trich shots this time around. no more shaky hands with the 30x-100x non digital. I WILL HAVE PICTURES UP TOMORROW. I just haven't gotten around to it, them being so small. All the seedlings have their frist set of 3. I lost one spyder. didn't expect it to survive after the random flatness the other day. that's about all I got for now. bed time for me. and i'll be here tomorrow with picture updates of everything in the grow room.

Why thank you 8'x4' tent coming in next week. by Friday. and then things will really be getting going. i wrap that reflective plastic around them for now. So i'm not losing the light I did the last grow with no reflection. Once I get the tent i'll start my cuttings. I figure with such a large tent i'll set up a shelf on one side of the tent and the plants and MH on the other. that way I can use the WHOLE tent throughout veg. and then pull a rooted cut of each out and store them elsewhere to grow in motherhood while I flower the FULL tent. there will be some seeded plants thrown into the tent as well. I'm gonna collect some pollen from my auto male that i'm breeding back for more seeds, and cross it with a few strains. just to see what comes out. I won't mind planting 100 seeds and culling out males I don't want and anything that just isn't looking to produce great quality nugs.
