Mate im on my fifth grow in coco perlite and looking for some advice on how to get them so compact an bushy right from the start ,what nuts and lights any advice would be great my strain whitewidow x big bud .thanks
Short and bushy is a strain specific/pheno specific trait really. Enough light, root space, and good nutrients is all it takes. If you start in cups, expect stretch. i have clones of the same age in cups and in 2gallon. The 2g are 4x-5x the size.

I have a Humboldt Bubba Kush also. She is at day 40 into flower. Her pistils went completely orange at like week 3, did your plant do the same? The buds look amazing! Incredible work.

YUP. They were amber after a few weeks. Still growing strong, new pistils amber after a week or so, just started to swell for me. been in flowering since march 13th....

I have 4 clones in veg I plan to do a little differently to see if it was nutrient or heat related or just the genetics.

Whoa! Really? Yeah, I have to say mine is not flowering at a pace I would call fast. But I am noticing some increase in bud girth in the last couple of days so who knows.

Just harvesting a Humboldt Blue Dream as well which I saw you also ran. Loved this plant. Only grew a single seed, but cloned the crap out of her. This was by far the best performer - or, I should say, this one I actually grew well, ha ha :)

My CURRENT Blue Dream is not from HSO. I selfed an HSO last grow and made myself some S2 seeds. None grew exactly like the parent which made me upset. but some other progeny of the Blue Dream did. my Purple Dream SE is the closest to the HSO I ran the last two times.

Nice! Just working on getting some regular seeds going. I have really only grew out fem seeds - a lot of them, but no regulars yet. Excited to try my hand at some crosses as well. But totally ignorant on the subject so need to do some learning and research first :)
