You don't just get to be correct because you say you are.

What caused the housing market to crash? You think perception has little to do with it?

Home values kept going and going up. That drive that market. Perception was that values would always rise. Eventually the perceived value got so much above the real value that the forward momentum stopped.

The perception was what changed.

The economy is nothing more than the sum of all markets. Each one is driven largely by perception.

A president can do things to influence. To keep perception inline with reality. Adjust the rules on money and finance to favor certain activities and discourage others.

If people think things are good they will be good. If people think things are bad, things will get bad.

It isn't their thoughts that influence The economy, it's the cumulative actions and decisions people make because of their perceptions that drive the economy.

Trump can, possibly, help create the perception that things are good. He has raised a lot of very good issues. We don't win, as he says. We have trade policies that favor our trading partners over ours. If trump can somehow turn this around, perception can change.

How does he turn it around? Perhaps he can do so by doing something about all the jobs we lose to overseas. I'm not sure. That's what his advisors are for.

Keep in mind. I didn't say he would. I said he could. He has a way about him that defies normal political gravity. He might be able to get away with stuff other presidents wouldn't have even thought to try.

I'm not a trump supporter. I dont hate him. Hillary is more of the same. Sanders isn't going to be allowed to win. Trump is the only chance we have to try something different and i think we can all agree we need something different.

Go back to my first post on this issue. I never just said "he was tried for a bj"

There isnt much difference between being tried for a bj and being tried for lying about getting that bj.
