Dogs bit my hands up pretty good

Two dogs with an inherent herding instinct and known to be prone to nip if not corrected at a young age. Do you notice any 'herding' going on? Two dogs in one pack that see themselves as a herder can get a little... awkward.

@BigRiver He kind of had to, spur of the moment.
I see them as instinctively dominant they are 3 years old I just pet 1 and the other eyes me from a pretend asleep position so I pet her too ( jealous )

Its cool my hand is pretty bit up but it'l be ok . I didnt take it like that , just rushed to the rescue and jumped in , didnt even feel the pain till after wnen I noticed the blood pouring out .
Mine was the same as that , it's not the actual wound , it's the constant throbbing!!

Get a crate for the Boston they by bread are agressave and dog agressave, those ganster fuckers pick fights all the time LOL. You will come home one day to blood all over and after about 1500$ vet bill will get a crate.

Stick your finger in the dogs ass it will let go...

I have 3 pitts and a little furry what ever the fuck it is.

Pat, are you safe against infection, tetanus etc.? The bite wound is one thing, but it going septic is a whole 'nother thing. cn

If your dogs got rusty teeth get that shot or, you had one in the last 10 years but think it's 5 years now days........if I got a shot every time I gotten bitten messing with my dogs I'd look like, well a guy with a lot of holes in him.

Tetanus immunization — Tetanus is a serious, potentially life-threatening infection that can be transmitted by an animal or human bite. Adults who are bitten should receive a tetanus vaccine (called a tetanus toxoid vaccine) if the last tetanus vaccine was greater than 5 years ago. (See "Patient information: Adult vaccines".)
In addition, tetanus immune globulin may be recommended if the person is not sure of the date of their last tetanus vaccination. The immune globulin provides additional protection against tetanus infection.

I think you might be able to better assess your dogs with the aid of next door's pack, they must have some space for you to bring the two over and adequate experience to help if trouble does start. Just a suggestion.
