I've heard that clip you uploaded somewhere before. It's fuckin sweet.

Skream is a sick producer and La Roux has an awesome voice, so it's no surprise that that was a good song. The third is a song I made in Reason with samples from a speech by James Randi sampled in.

Here's another one of my originals if you're interested. Youtube quality sucks, but I put everything I make in high quality on http://www.soundcloud.com/saltie904

Congrts on the skill to compile songs /tunes like that, Reason is a huge program...Have you been able to navigate through all its capabilities,,,,,? what volume you running?

I'm pretty familiar with it at this point. I've been using it for a year now and learned most of what I know by playing with all the knobs and buttons. I just upgraded to Reason 5 so I'm still figuring out the Kong as a whole, but I know most of the other synths well enough. I can't do it all, but I can do a lot.

I usually run it at full blast through my headphones. I have a decent set with lots of bass so I can even hear channels that would normally be singled out by subwoofers. I'd rather my tracks run loud so people can turn it down instead of turning it all the way up, wishing there was more volume. I usually gauge the volume as a whole by using compressors and making sure the master level sticks in the yellow but stays shy of the red.

I've been getting into remixes lately. They're just really for fun, but I'd like to think I could produce real music some day. I'm working on a 2Pac song right now, but here's a remix I did a while back.

EDIT: I wish movie maker & youtube didn't collectively assassinate my audio quality.

Ok, so I'm seeing something between the nodes and I'm not sure if it's male or female. I could have sworn I saw a pistil sticking out of one of these things, but it's too small to be sure.

If anyone can tell at this point from the pictures provided, feel free to let me know.

EDIT: While I'm showing it off, here's a picture of her looking nice and perky after last night's watering.

Small update:

The Kannabia Special is growing ridiculously fast. She's already caught up to the SBR and is now pushing ahead. At the end of day 9 under 12/12 she's already pushed out 3 complete sets of leaves and has already started growing complete side nodes. SBR is 12 days in and just starting side growth and is just a teeny bit bigger than the KS.

The clones I took from the Goo plant are doing well. I thought one of the wobblier clones wasn't taking and pulled it out of the cube. Turns out I was wrong because it had a bunch of roots already starting up, so I just dropped her right back in.

The Malachi seed never did successfully anchor itself in the rockwool and had to be tossed. Oh well, I'm not as desperate for seeds as I was a few months ago, so easy come easy go. I just can't help but think I'm missing out on a good plant.

Mango - Day 17 - 12/12

I decided to transplant her to a new pot in hopes of increasing her overall size, so we'll see how it works out. Her root ball was extremely well formed and she's now got Ocean Forest instead of the crap I was using before. Lots of new pistils showing everyday, it's only a matter of time before she's covered with them. Ever since last week she's already been releasing a fragrant odor whenever I fiddle with her branches. Good sign.

The babies

All seedlings have started on a light diet of Big Bloom. Once they get bigger I'll be sure to throw some Tiger Bloom into the mix.

The SBR is beautiful these days. Nice, long, serrated leaves and tight node spacing.

The Kannabia Special is flourishing. She's already bigger than the SBR at a smaller age and is showing lots of progress every day. I may just have to clone it if she keeps everything up at this pace.

The White Rhino is still catching up, but she doesn't appear to be stunted, so I'm just letting her do her thing.

I think I figured out what's wrong with the Big Widow. The dirt sucked. I realized it was the only seedling not planted in Ocean Forest, so I decided to change that today. Her roots were pathetic. I didn't realize how much perlite I needed to add to this brand to make it less compact. She's just been repotted into some OF, so hopefully she'll be picking up the pace in the next few days.

Overall, things are lookin up. Here's a group shot of them all.

Same here. It's a pretty happy coincidence that a friend found a seed in her bag. I think it might be an S1, since the bag was otherwise seedless, but I'll never be sure. One day they'll invent a DNA test for bud, but until then we'll just have to keep guessing.

Good to see all your babies and doing well! i too would like to see that mango on its full potential as thats was going to be my first grow but i changed my mind! why spend money on some seeds to do a crappy job! so i went with some bagseeds to gain some experience!! :)
That dna tester would be a greate idea but i don't think will see one in wour life time lol

I think it's a definite possibility in our lifetime. Labs in states with medical can already tell patients the exact THC/CBN levels of their bud, I think an MJ DNA test is a possibility. My lifetime still has about 50 years left. If I can get my dog's DNA tested, I think I could get my buds DNA tested within the next 50 years:leaf:

i was talking like a personal dna tester to whats the genetics of your bag-seeds you know, but you are right thats already happening, will see what appends!
Cheers

True a personal tester is probably never gonna happen, but I'd love the ability to send a nug off to the lab and find out what it is. HINT HINT SCIENTISTS LOOKING TO MAKE MONEY.

It's less than 3 weeks into flower and she's already smelling great when I get up close. I decided to rearrange the tent with her in the middle so the light can penetrate to the new colas growing in the center of the canopy.

You can't count them at this angle, but it looks like I could have up to 10 colas on this one. It's going to be a minimum of six, but two in the center are starting to get much bigger, and now that I've done some more LST I think I might be giving the other two a chance.

She's getting blasted with a full dose of FoxFarm every three days and seems to be loving it. If she was thriving so well in the garbage her old pot was full of, I'm guessing she's gonna shoot right up and fatten out wide with the OF.

Lots and lots of new pistils are showing up every day. Her growth rate has really picked up the slack it started off with, too. You can't see it in the pictures, but my magnifying glass confirmed the lower budsites are already starting up resin production. I took a peek and saw little shiny spots on the leaves down below. Things are lookin up.

Ok, I'm panicking a little bit because the leaves on the Mango are starting to do the canoe. They're basically curling up in a V shape and I'm not sure why. A few posts around here say it could be a magnesium deficiency or heat stress, but I can't be 100% sure that's it. Considering all the nutes she's been getting, it probably isn't any kind of deficiency, so I'm gonna try moving the light a little bit farther away. More info on that later.
