ok so i did that...and now its no longer bubbling after one day.

Nope, certainly doesn't.. Is it exposed to strong light?
When they brew beer they put it in a dark place so that light does not ruin the yeast. Also too High/Low Temps can screw with the Fermentation process.. I don't know ur individual circumstances though, so I can't say 4 sure wats up..

ok the bottle is sitting right infront of my osc fan...i have it wrapped in a dark towel to block the HPS light. the temps get to 81 max in the room.

any ideas??

maybe i started with water that was too hot?

It's Possible.. I added an edit to my above post. Sorry I didn't have this stuff in there 2 begin with, but I've never made a tutorial b4, so it didn't occur 2me that I had 2 include everything.. Some stuff was just second nature 2me n I didn't c em as such a big deal.. Turns out I were wrong.. Lol.

i used reg room tmp tap water and generator is working good! but my bottle is over lights with tube down to top of plant and the room outside the plant is always 67 F and no sunlite so that i helping in the success of generator.no heat from lights

This method is used to make moonshine and wine. If you use a milk jug it will put out CO2 anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on how fast it ferments. If you do not have access to an airlock you can poke holes into a baloon then put the baloon over the top of the jug and it will inflate and let the CO2 out. Do not poke the holes to big!!!

That gives me an idea thanks I can make wine in the grow room and feed the plants at the same time if the plants fail then I ll be able to drown my sorrows in a bucket of wine

i cant seem to find your twin bubble air lock , but did find some thing called a bubble counter available for aquariums. does anyone think this may work as well or is it pretty much the same thing? just throwin that out there

I got mine all set up. Cool, with the airlock it is a nicer bit of gear, especially since it only costs 2-3 dollars shipped. They are on eBay for that price, shipped! Very nice. I remmeber for pizza I used to just use warm water or I would kill the yeast. Made these before but with DIY airlocks as I was never sure if the yeast made some offgas that was dangerous or something, hence the need for airlock. Anyway, cool.
