Diagnostics Needed - Is it a root rot?

Hi there, this is my first hydro grow, after few succesful soil grows.
If you had prior experiences with root problems, would like your opinion on whether this is a root rot or something else.

Groth is very slow, plants were started from seeds a month ago. From start there was a problem with overwatered Rockwool cubes whic I suspect was initial problem that generated root rot, slow groth and some sick leaves. Temprerature, pH, and other condition were OK. For more details ask or refer to my first thread from few days ago.

This plant has most developed root, and some parts of the root are slightly greyish and yellow. When i pullchecked one bad looking root hair, it breaks.

All other plants, more or less have very weakly developed roots like the two on the pictures bellow.

That last one looks nasty but still new growth on roots. But what system are you using,it looks weird, and those see through cups look very limiting.

It's ebb&flow, i got 2,4 gal rez + 4 W air pump with 4 air stones. Flood cycles 4x15 min daily. I believe those conditions are pretty much as recomended. Problem started when they were seedlings - overwatered RW cube i believe generated water born infection. Cups were ment to be just temporary before going to bigger tray.

I have to identify the problem before taking next step. Could it be a Root Rot or is there some other similar illness?

And the roots does not smell bad.. vegetable like smell altough a bit more intensive than one would expect.

Regen-A-Root works for that too. And yeah, ditch those cups and get yourself some Netpots!

heard a teaspoon of peroxide will clear that up. H202 is your friend:weed:
That's what I have thought. ...thought.
H2O2 is gonna slow down the progress of pathogens a bit... but will not cure. Maybe OK prevention.
...from my experience.

Thanks, I need second oppinion on issue...
I got my first round of EWC TEA few days ago. It cleard the res of slime, and changed bad smell of water, but I can't see much improovement on the plants and their roots.

How long does it take for the effect to become visible?
I inoculated tea 6 days ago.
EDIT: Also, wan't my chelated nutrients kill mycos? I have heard that number of mycos decline above 50 ppm of phosphorus and that there is no mycos above 100 ppm of P.

I have also applied today some fungicid in the res - "Propamocarb" - it took my ppm a bit too high but seems they dont mind it. 500 ppm right now, but first flood was 750 ppm.
...an yes, I learned that too - I filled the gaps between pots with hydroton :)

I live in a part of the world where very few really know WTF a netpot is. There's nowhere to buy this thing. I'm searching for the alternative for some time.

Maybe I put them in bigger tray without netpots, but am still not confident how many of them will survive, and its my 1st hydro so I still don't know whether I could move them later when roots interwine in hydroton.

its a slow process to bring them back.....take the plants and shower the roots while lightly wiping and tugging on the roots..some roots will break ...dont worry!! theyll bounce back! make sure your rez temps stay below 70 and clean everything if you havent done so!!
