Basically in the 2nd video this bitch goes on a power trip, and declares there is no free speech in city council meetings.

In the first video it is apparent that they wanted the man to get arrested for speaking his mind.

Don't forget about the people arrested last Saturday at the jefferson memorial for silently dancing. yea they didnt even say anything and got arrested. the memorial got closed temporarily which is what actually pissed of the rest of the visitors, not the dancing.
