Returning to this thread since it popped up randomly in the new posts. My cotton candy plants were MASSIVE grew super fast and were super potent....One problem they stank 10x as much as any other strain ive ever smelled in almost 20 years of smoking/growing. I got complaints from friends nonsmoker wives/gfs about how strong the smell was, this is the kinda stuff that if you triple bagged it and got on a bus everyone would stare at you cause it still reeked through the bag. It was great smoke and tasted like peach-O gummi candies but the smell overdid 3 carbon filters and I ended up moving to a different town because someone went to the cops there about a "really strange strong smell" around my house....

and bigv go chekc out ak48, there are at least 2 phenos that finish in 55-60 days

There is no such thing as a strain that is done in 50-60 days and actually be done.
Plenty of strains done by 60 days from "signs of first pistils" but as for 60 days from 12/12 switch I have to agree with you. Most 7-8 weeks flowering strains need 65-70 days or more to properly finish. I hate amber so I chop the moment I see it as long as not too many clears are left, and even this golden rule of mine still doesn't prevent me from going past breeder flowering times in most cases.

Well you need to buy a decent carbon filter then, my single Can brand filter is over 14 months old and I currently have a cotton candy by Delicious along with 9 other stinkers in flower and not a hint of bud outside the grow room.

Negative pressure with a decent filter is your friend.

I guess a plant can be done 30 days after trichs appear too but that doesnt mean it is a 30 day strain.
