if someone hurt or touched a kid and goes to jail and someone pulls their card.. lets it be known why that person is in there, hes gonna have a bad time.. and this actually happened where i was, noone knew what he did, til he went to court.. it was in the newspaper. he didnt last through one day room, he got the shit kicked out of him and sent to medical then probably pc. as soon as the gates cracked for dayroom a bunch of people just rushed into his cell and shut the gate and hung a blanket up.

ya,I saw a guard hand over a sack of pad locks and told the guy to do the guy or up or get done up.Thats how the welcome comittee rolls in Auburn

Ya know I have never done a bid. I often wonder though if this sentiment is over stated or bad things actually do occur regularly or is it just a dramatization to make the public feel a little better? I honestly do not know and wonder. I hope they get it in a bad way behind bars, I did hear Jemelski got his ass kicked and the incident relayed back to one of his victims. I hope it did actually happen.
Same here. My girl and I were talking about that today... Does it really go down like that? In his case, at least, I hope so.

Not that it matters much, but is the guy your brother, or is he related through marriage? I couldn't imagine finding that out about my bro.. from the way you phrased it, it sounds like the latter.
neither actually... baby daddy sorta thing. My sister had his child years ago. They were never married.
They had a custody arrangement. She was seeing him like once a week, various holidays, etc.

I've heard stories of what happens to sex offenders in prison, someone I know got double meals from the guards for beating the shit out of a stat rapist and the guards purposefully fucked up the incident report to protect him. Plus he's probably going upstate for a sex crime and theres guys up there doing 20+ looking for a new "girlfriend", when they ask to see his paperwork he's fucked. literally

Don't trip! He will get got eventually! It's called "Roll call" as stated above his card will be pulled sooner than later! Sometimes the deputies will just tell the population the house is "dirty" and you can deal with it, well the good ones will at least! Sorry to hear that! Scum sucking parasites deserve torture if anyone does!

The statistics are just incredible. I was a victim and I bet some of the women on this site have been attacked too. There are probably more women in your life that have been assaulted than you know. Until they start to keep the rapist in jail and realize that recidivism is very high. Check here to see if any are in your neighborhood:

Great website to check before your kids go trick or treating.

I'm not saying that a person can't change but

1 out of every 6 American women has been the victim of an attempted or completed rape in her lifetime (14.8% completed rape; 2.8% attempted rape).[SUP]1[/SUP]
17.7 million American women have been victims of attempted or completed rape.[SUP]1[/SUP]
9 of every 10 rape victims were female in 2003.[SUP]2[/SUP]

Thank you guys for letting us know that they do pay the price in prison. You don't know how I feel every time I hear that. I now do feel that justice can be served. Plus, they have the scarlet letter of being on the list for life.

I wish the best for you and your family.

I have a 4 month old daughter and can't even begin to imagine where I'd be emotionally if I were in your shoes.

take what you hear and multiply it by ten. Thats what happens. There is a simple answer for all questions-"he tripped".It usually starts from minute one in county jail before the first court date.
That is one reason it is so bad to be falsely accused of a sex crime

I bet that some young girls scream rape and it isn't. Lie detectors and DNA should handle that.

Times 10. Good, it feels real good.

Yeah, but guys like him are in PC sure they may get beat up once or twice but its not as bad for them as it should be not unless you know someone who aint no joke high up in a crew the guys not gonna get it to bad sure worse then most but no guy needs to come up missing his own child fuck that there's no excuse I hate cop callers that happens to my kid I'd kill the guy no cops no nothing nobody would know.
It's not the inmates silly that you need to be worried about. this is corrections not elections! true story! ANYTHING can and will happen when inside. "what a tangled web we weave when were out to deceive"!

There is no greater sin in my book than one that defiles a child in such a way.

I side with the op,

As long as the worthless bastard stays locked up, all is well. If the system goes stupid and he gets out on some technicality, the exact opposite, I would assist Mrs. Kharma in a timely delivery of the period on his life story.

Peace

No, it's true. No matter who you are, when you get in there it will be someone's business to read your paperwork. If you don't show it, they'll steal it while you're showering or at chow or in the yard or wherever. And a lock on a lockbox doesn't make it safe, there are guys who are artists at stealing (duh, they're in prison for it) who can unlock most padlocks with a simple shoe string. Once it's known that you like kids or rape women (both will seal your fate in prison) you might as well give your soul to god, because your ass belongs to every swinging dick on the block who doesn't take issue with screwing men. Even more hellish, there are PUH-LENTY of guards who will do things like let an entire group of men rape you all night long until they're tired of it, as long as they hold you down and let him have the first crack at your ass.
Truly, deeply, and righteously, there is no worse hell on earth for a pedophile than to be in a prison for his crimes. That's why states started trying to use either separate wings for pedos or whole prisons that are mostly made up of sex offenders. These words are facts. That dude is fucked, let go of your anger.
