Geez, that poor girl! One of my patients has IBS, and when it flares up it absolutely stops him in his tracks.

What Belle has sounds even worse, so I'm sure her world is really torn up right now.

Send her my best .... I'll be checking in for updates on this thread.

Ya, she's had it 20+ years. We have been together.... fuck. long time. It's in teens now. 13 or 14 years. She would have bad days, maybe every six months have a bad week or something. Now it is opposite, she is lucky to have one half-way decent day every few weeks.

Our support goes out to belle.

My patient with IBS is a good friend of mine. We have talked at length about his disease. The guys is healthy as fuck .... former hockey player, black belt in Krav Maga. He's not a cat you would look at and think he's sick!

He is best able to manage his "flare-ups" with diet and exercise and trying to stay stress free. If he doesn't eat right, and is stressed over something, he will get an attack and be layed up for days on end. The meds (he prefers edibles) help him manage the stomach pain and appetite ... and to a certain degree they help him to avoid attacks, perhaps due to alleviating stress in his life.

I have to believe that the legal bullshit belle is going through, in addition to being stressed about her disease is compounding her problem. It's easier said than done, but eliminating stress from her life an eating properly would go a long way for her.

These are from today. I cannot find the ones from when she took cuttings and put them in bud room. I tried downloading them several times. There is definetely some size variance. Now I just did a 10 pack of Underground Original Killerskunk. Out of the 10, 9 looked male and I pitched them. The 10th was awesome. Anyway I read later that I may have waited a few more days to be positive, cuz some strains are goofy like that. Anyway I hope this is one of those strains or Belle is gonna be bummed. Statistically though most cereal killers are male, whatayagonnado. They look really nice and she only needs one sexy broad among the group.

just read through entirely......hang in there belle......i just have a few things to add....

for one, tomcatjones knows what he is talking about........the only way to get the constiuents she needs in her gut, in the concentration needed is by juicing raw canna..... she could also benifit greatly with a high quality pro-biotc/enzyme to help her digest.......also hun, you must avoid stress at all costs!...some other foods to consider.....organic of course......oatmeal with flax seed, steamed veggies...not raw (your gut is likely real sensitive to fiber)...please avoid all dairy except for yogurt......kiefer is great too (drinkable yogurt)......whole grain cereals, coconut oil, for a really good fat.....light excercise.......and of course lots of lovin'.......it is going to take work, and lots of time, but this is about changing your lifestyle, and learning to live in a much healthier way on all levels.......much love, nugs

I was about to post in response to Stow's comment..

and ask him why he doesn't save his healthy leaves for his patient and start working him on an aided cannabis diet, but then I saw this,

So i'm not sure if i need to keep repeating myself or not, lol

1. your managing the issue when you want to get rid of it.

2. you are wasting material, money, and in belle's case: time. which isn't helping the stress of course.

3. best strains when juicing for crohn's and ibs would be high cbd -but a ratio of 1:1 for cbd vs thc. equal but high in cbd is the key.

I may have one cbd strain, but I have never flowered it and I have 3 in veg now: blueberry x strawberry cough. soon I will have the leaf tested for cbd/thc ratios to reconfirm previous positive tests. Also I have a line on a 12:1 cannatonic that I hope to acquire soon. If I could help somehow I will.

She hasn't eaten much the last few days. But she has been quite a bit better. She has some calcium mass in her stomach that makes her sick. My little sister got arrested in Cheboygen or Petoskey and has been in jail for a week or so. I believe she has quite the pill problem and my nephew is at some babysitters house in Petoskey. The babysitter has power of attorney somehow and my nephew is 2. Belle has been going apeshit along with others in my family. It's pretty clear to me that nothing is going to happen til she gets to court. I mean I am pretty sure breaking in to some strangers house and kidnapping a child is not the solution. Court is Wednesday, the she has had plans for months to go camping with her friends downstate this weekend, the she has surgery the beginning of next week I believe. The stress level is pretty high right now for her. I help her out in every way that I can. Thank God for her camping trip or she probably lose it. lol.
I have the new blade for the juicer it is ready to go. She promised me when she gets back she will drink the shit. I busted my ass on the office and she is taking it. She is planing shit already which is a big sign to me that she is ready to fight this battle that she was drafted into. We have lots of tincture made up and that has been helping also. She was mixing it in with a glass of juice, but then it takes her a long time to drink it all, so about 9 am I take her up a shot glass of juice and mix the tincture with that. That is when I will juice the leaves for her. She wanted to get the thread going and obviously didn't anticipate needing surgery as it got going.
Thanks for the input and advice and we will follow through with all of it.

12:1? ...

any research i've done always suggest high cbd but still a 1:1 ratio.

both are needed they help mitigate each other. cbd heals and so does thc -balance is the key.

Hillbilly Armor said high cbd, that was as accurate as they get. lmao. I (or many actually) need to get in the habit of having our medical strains tested. It looks like this will be good one to start on. I would be interested as shit to know the difference between 8-week white widow, 10-week white widow, and both of those with 2 weeks of total darkness. I have read more than once that if you put white widow in the dark for 2 weeks it does Incredible Hulk shit and it's defense reaction pushes all the cannabinoids out into the buds, how convenient. Sure would suck to go through all that trouble and after years of harvests find out it was all in the growers imagination. lol. Sure sounds good though.

Tom, would you mind offering up what you would consider to be a good juice (eg. x amount of fan leaves, x amount of carrots, x amount of oranges).

If you have a particular method, or a specific recipe I am all ears. Also if you could include how much of this should be consumed, and how often.

I have a "Ninja" blender, and I have a juicer, so I should be able to make this .... or let him use it if this needs to be made fresh daily.

so yeah... it's out of our neighborhood -Colorado- greenwerkz (seasonally pro-visionally progeny) lol R-4. http://www.greenwerkz.com/test-results/r-4.aspx[/URL And there's Otto (which is a palindrome, lol) from CO / Otto- centennial seeds. [url]http://www.centennialseeds.com/2012/03/26/otto-1-a-high-cbd-seed-line-developed-in-colorado/

(I'm gonna go eat some well flushed chocolope leaf right now as I chop, maybe save (freeze) some for juicing too)

I will look into the Otto. I couldn't get the first link to work.
Thanks Abe.

Stow that's a good question. I was just going to get a nice handful and juice it with strawberries, bananas (blender, - juicers don't like banana mush), oranges.

So it is a good thing I waited on these! I guess some plants do have big 'ghina's. I was convinced they were male, but wanted to be positive. Problem is I tossed the clones. Number 3 is smaller. It still isn't showing sex and I have 2 cuttings from it. The others are female and I tossed the cuttings. My fault. But they look nice. I have several packs of this strain so I am not too worried about the cuttings. I am very concerned with how medicinal this strain is though.
