Dear Marijuana,
Pleasehelp me! I am dying.
Crohn’s disease is killing me and has taken my livelihoodand is trying to take my life!
I am 48years old and I have been battling Crohn’s disease for 20 years now. I have had three surgeries and numerous , tomany to count visits to the Emergency Room. I have went from about 145 pounds to 97 pounds as of this last weeksvisit to the Emergency Room. I am on Fentynol patches, Xanax, Prozac,Omeperzole, Compazine and a couple of other things for nausea that don’twork. I am in pain everyday and severenausea which in turn has brought out severe depression. I used to be able to do anything I set mymind to and now I can barely do anything. When I reached under 100 pounds I realized this can’t continue like thisif the doctors cannot figure out what is wrong with me then I guess I have totry everything I can that is why I am resorting to Medical Marijuana. I have no veins to get an IV even anymore sowhen I go to the Emergency Room it takes forever and three to seven pokes toget a vein. I have had them in my feet,in my groin, and have even had to have a port at one of my hospital stays to beable to treat me by IV.
I am ata point in my life where I don’t even know how much is my Crohn’s diseaseanymore. I cannot get a handle on mydepression which I feel is due to being so ill and all the medicines I am onand have tried over the 20 years of having this horrific disease. I am not ready to die and no matter what Itake or what I do I have these attacks and no one can tell me why. I have had so many doctors and norelief. All cut up and on so manymedicines still I sometimes feel like I am losing my mind and all I want ishelp!!!!

I have been smoking marijuana for over 30 years. In the last year I have had the privilege ofsmoking . learning to cultivate. Myboyfriend Gladstoned was looking at seeds and I seen a strain called CerealKiller and I said the sound of that makes me want to eat. I researched it and found that it isbeneficial for my Crohn’s and depression. I said I wanted to do a grow online and my boyfriend said I could domuch more good by sharing my story and after being rushed to the Emergency Roomthis past Wednesday they told me I didn’t even weigh 100 pounds they doped meup and was out of there in a couple hours so I have decided to do both.
My goal out of all of this is to reach as many people as Ican in hopes to find help and in turn help others in my similar situation. To see how hard it is and if MedicalMarijuana can help I want to prove it.
This posting stuff is all kind of new to me so Gladstonedwill be doing a lot of my posting for me and answering a lot of the questionsthat may be asked. I encourage as manypeople to post and feel free to contact either of us at anytime. Neither of us knows exactly where this willgo and I would appreciate input. Gladstoned will be contacting doctors, breeders, growers pretty mucheverybody and anybody who will listen to his ass. First thing in the morning he is going topost this thread and post my pictures of my Cereal Killer from Cabin Fever SeedBreeders.
So I guess this starts a new chapter in my life! I hope this is a good idea????

I am not gonna lie. I wanted these because of the name of the strain, the name of the comapny, the picture of the cabin, and the description. Glad emailed freak who is the breeder and this is strain #1 for this thread.

"Cereal Killer"
This is a very funky, chunky Bubba-esque hybrid I decided to create. The male was a great specimen of Chocolate Chunk/Bubba Kush from Mountain Genetics. The females were from a pack of seeds marked "Tom Hills Deep Chunk x Pre-98 Bubba Kush". They were gorgeous even in pre-flower.
The male I chose was a bit taller than his brothers, and since the females were very short and stout, I was hoping that the male would add a little height, The result is a medium sized plant that is nutrient and stress tolerant. Some will get very colorful, turning from a rich, dark green to a burgundy and almost black. the ones that start showing frost and color earliest are the ones I prefer, and were also the ones I used for this hybrid. This plant is very stout, with strong stem and branches, great internodal spacing and medium yield of top shelf meds. It is a healthy eater and its vigorous growth cycle means more watering. It can take between 60 and 70 days to mature and will produce an extremely aromatic sweet coffee type smell, even in its vegetative period.
This strain is great for Cachexia, Wasting, Great Appetite inducer (hence the name), Deep tissue and Nerve pains, Fibromyalgia, Eating disorders and nausea, Tension and Migraine issues, Gastrointestinal disorders and others. This is some very potent medicine.

I started 10 out of the pack. These are regular seeds. I will grow these in soil but I want help picking phenos and I would like to get female clones on my 4x4 flood and drain hydro table ASAP. I last used General Hydroponics full line and I have them all, but I want to grow organic. I am sick, I get tired of mixing nutrients out of about a dozen heavy gallon jugs. Anyway, these are currently in Root Riot cubes, they are the best and they are made in Lansing with Clonex.

I can relate to the depression, I hope that even the cultivation is as therapeutic for you as it is for me. The end product helps even more. Wishing the best of luck!

Best of luck. Why are you questioning the legitimacy of your ideas tho? This law was passed for people like you, who the regular medical system has failed miserably. While it may be a bit of work, it is rewarding and the result has a good chance of saving your live. Luckily you have someone close who has taught you and kept you medicated I'm sure :)

Best of Luck to you BelleIsle and I will be following along as well.
I can attest to the theraputic value of gardening.
If you don't overthink it - it's a lot like fishing.

Love that analogy. How hard would it be to have replica colas mounted on a plaque like a keeper fish. I want a wall of mounts in my office. That would be too cool.
(I just know it would be expensive and I would catch someone trying to smoke it)

I'm so sick I don't know if it's too late. I don't doubt what medical marijuana can do just whether or not it has a chance to work for me but I am not giving up I'm trying all that much harder I also have never done grow journals and I am a very private person and I feel I can benefit from others as they may benefit from me as well that is why I chose to do this journal.

Bellelsle: I have a recommendation for you. I have heard of others with your condition swear by the use of PhoenixTears otherwise know as Rick Simpson Oil. I recommend using only indoor grown premium buds in making the oil. I also recommend that you give at least 8 weeks to become accustomed to the oil should you choose to try it. One of my patients swears that the oil has given him the best mental relief compared to the pharms that the doctors recommend and prescribe. It took about 8 weeks before the real relief started (when he became comfortable using the oil three times per day). It took about 6 weeks for him to build up a tolerance to be able to exceed a dose larger than the size of a grain of rice. I have personally witnessed the oil, when made correctly, help a patient with hodgkins lymphoma, effectively fight the disease. He gained back his appetite and weight, became mentally healthier, and a majority of the lumps have disappeared. It prevented him from spending last Thanksgiving and Christmas in the hospital hooked up to tubes. (Every year for the last 5 or 6 he has been in the hospital during the winter). It is unknown at this time if he has been cured, but it has made a noticeable difference in his health.

If you have not already seen this, it is worth it. Shona Banda suffers from the same disease, she wrote a book about it and how oil from medical marijuana has helped tremendously. Here is one video where she talks about it:

I also have some questions.

My questions are: Why does crones cause the weight loss? Is is from consistent diarrhea? Consistent vomiting? The inability to eat due to the pain in your abdomen? I am very curious and would appreciate your input.

May God bless you during this journey. I wish you only the best in achieving your goal to better health.

If you have any questions for me, feel free to ask. PM me if you wish.

The weight loss is due to all of the above! I myself have these attacks that end me up in the emergency room with an IV and pain and nausea medication because I vomit for hours before I'll finally will break down and go get the relief they can give me and it's the only thing that stops the attack. I have heard of the Simpson oil and intend on trying it on this quest I've made to get well or I'll even settle for a little relief. Glad told me weeks ago to pm you cuz you are a woman grower and do jounals and help people. I dont see many woman online, just guys calling each other names. Lol. Thank You for the video and encouragement. My stomach looks like hers. I hope that oil helps me.
