I pull 3/4 lbs from my 600w tent old school organically with full UV supplementation @ $1/g.

I still think the OPs math is horribly off and that he's a greedy complaining bastard that needs to try growing himself before bitching about free weed. Even at $1/g cost it wouldn't be worth my time to sell for any less than $7/g and I think those that get that price should be grateful.

Once a plant has no roots to sustain it, it is no longer considered a living mature plant.. So if LEO comes a knockin & you are over your Limit by a few.. Just cut a couple down @ the base.. Yes they can add the "weight" of the plants up & use that against you if they wanted but they could not count those plants in the total # of plants you are growing if you have any decent lawyer.

any bs story could explain that away, such as they were simply failures & you use all the premature dead runts for tea & edibles.
this is not true they will still charge you. I know people that have gone through this in michigan.

For marijuana? :roll

I am preety sure even with a warrent they are going to knock first. ^_^
Cops tend to try and obtain a little more info before they go kicking doors in over plants. Normally they would have to watch the residence for a while & obtain evidence such as dealing, alot of traffic in & out the house.. Alot of factors, is the state semi-legal? Could it be a possibility the offender has a card & the funds for a good lawyer? Cops do think twice before going crazy..unless they are cops from District of Colombia, DC
This was the easiest one to site...thanks WinterWoman

Lawmaker Seeks More Transparency for SWAT Team Raids

By Ken Braun | June 18, 2011
The part-time mayor of an upper middle class Maryland suburb of Washington, D.C. found himself and his mother-in-law handcuffed in his own home by a Prince George’s County SWAT team one July evening three years ago. His two black Labrador retrievers had been shot dead, the second one from behind as it fled the officers who had broken into the home in a ‘no knock’ raid as part of a drug investigation. Five months later, Berwyn Heights Mayor Cheye Calvo and his entire family had been cleared of all wrongdoing and suspicion, but the county police were still refusing to provide documentation to justify why they had violently entered the home of an innocent man.
One expert analyst on SWAT raids says the use of them for non-violent offenders, let alone innocent targets, has become alarmingly routine, yet way under the public radar because most of the targets are not as high profile as Calvo. A Michigan lawmaker will soon introduce legislation aimed at giving citizens a better look at what their militarily-equipped police teams are up to.
Rep. Tom McMillin, R-Rochester Hills, will be seeking co-sponsors for a bill that would require an annual report from police agencies regarding how often they deploy their SWAT teams. Largely due to Calvo’s influence, a similar bill was swiftly approved in Maryland following the raid on his home. The results of the very first reports were sobering, showing that Maryland’s SWAT teams raided buildings on an average of 4.5 times per day during the last six months of 2009.
And in Prince George’s County, the police department that hit Calvo’s home reported that half of its SWAT raids were conducted for investigations of misdemeanors or non-serious felonies, according to Radley Balko, formerly a senior editor for Reason Magazine and now a senior writer with the Huffington Post.
“That means more than 100 times last year Prince George’s County brought state-sanctioned violence to confront people suspected of nonviolent crimes,” wrote Balko, shortly after the report was released. “And that's just one county in Maryland.”
Balko has been researching and reporting on SWAT raids for several years. While working for the Cato Institute in 2006, he authored a comprehensive examination of the history and impact of SWAT deployments. In “Overkill: The Rise of Paramilitary Police Raids in America,” Balko gives accounts of what he says are 150 ‘botched’ raids. He also notes one estimate showing that as many as 40,000 SWAT raids may be happening each year – a steep increase from the early 1980s when they were “largely confined to extraordinary, emergency situations such as hostage takings, barricades, hijackings, or prison escapes.”
Where Balko is convinced that there is a general and serious national problem with the use of militarized police units, McMillin is just looking for answers and is quick to stress that his bill is not intended to criticize the police who must follow these policy orders, nor even necessarily much of the general policy surrounding SWAT raids. Instead, he believes the public is entitled to more information and greater transparency from its government.
"We're not talking about traffic tickets,” he said Friday evening. “We're talking about police using automatic weapons, sometimes flash grenades, and busting down doors. Shining a light on these activities is something simple and would keep citizens informed about these kinds of activities.”
As an example, McMillin notes the May 2010 death of 7-year old Detroiter Aiyanna Jones. The Detroit Police Department’s SWAT team raided the home where she was sleeping in search of a murder suspect who was indeed at the location and surrendered without incident. No rounds were fired by the occupants of the home, but one officer’s gun was discharged, hitting only Aiyanna with a fatal shot to the neck. The police initially claimed that the girl’s aunt had reached for the officer’s weapon, but later backtracked from the claim.
The Detroit News reports that the officer who allegedly fired the weapon has previously been accused in a federal lawsuit for “being part of a team that broke into a home, shot two dogs and pointed a pistol at children, including an infant.”
Mayor Cheye Calvo filed a lawsuit following the incident that led to the death of his two dogs and reached a settlement with Prince George’s County that included an undisclosed amount of money. Calvo also told a local TV station that “the county has agreed to come up with new protocols in the way SWAT teams operate. Protocols that will include guidelines on how to treat animals in the course of a raid.”
Controversial Detroit-area attorney Geoffrey Fieger is representing the family of Aiyanna Jones in their wrongful death lawsuit against the city. One legal expert asserts in the Detroit News that "If the version of the facts that have been reported by Mr. Fieger is proven to be true, the city of Detroit will likely face a substantial settlement or perhaps an even greater verdict rendered against it. The potential for a multimillion-dollar verdict would have no clear ceiling in my estimation."

I have been away from about a week I come back to a locked thread with over 12 pages on it WOW.... Im sorry guys I didnt post one time to answer any of them. The guy straight up ripped me off. Ya he give me 2 free oz. this was our deal. He sold the other to the dispensers so he got his money back.

I did see everyone talking like it cost alot to grow... You also make a hell of alot of it back in your pocket it cost money to make money so dont let people fool you.... Lets have a brake down for you guys that giving a free oz away.....

Start out with seeds or clones..... lets go clones. 20 dollars a pop I want 12 = 240 dollars. 200 dollars worth of nutes buckets, soil,(fox farm) lets say another 300 dollars. Lets get the stuff for our room now. Mylar, fans, timers, electrical bar. lets say another 300. Ok Lights now I will say 600 dollars worth of lights I can just use ebay for lights just as good as any, now the grand total is 1600 dollars OUCH!! oh yea nad your elecrtric bill was 250 a month.... OUCH OUCH!!

Now its harvest time, 2.5 oz off each plant or more. 2.5x12=30x250=7500 dollars
thats 2.5 oz off each plant I got 12 so thats 30 oz for my harvest a dispensary will give me 250 a oz. 7500 dollars is what you just made lets see the profit now.

7500-1600=5900-lets say 900 for power you have a grand total of 5000 dollars in your pocket oh shit sorry I have to give my paitent 2 free ozs thats another 600 thats now a profit if 4400 dollars OH DAM I forgot about my time for growing. To me this is fun so its really no big deal to me. I will say 1000 dollars 2 me. so thats 3400.

I just dont get it why no one would offer you free meds you think 2 will last all month? HA!! I smoke over a 1/8 a day so give me 2 weeks and I will come back for more meds. Anyway this guy that was my caregiver is a little peter puffer. He didnt even offer to sell me any just said I am not growing no more it cost to much. Just around harvest time lol to me thats kinda fishy why didnt he tell me way b4 this to let me know. ??????? probably he just pocketed 3400 dollars off my shit. Anyway have a great day guys and keep smoking I will come back later to see the bashing I get because I think caregivers should offer free meds. They are making alot of money off you dont let them fool you one bit...
Yes a deal is a deal. One thing I don't understand is ware do you guys come up with these numbers? do you expect your caregiver to use up all their space for your twelve plants? What about other patients? Does he flower all twelve of yours at once? Do you know anything about propagation? I'll try to open some eyes. This is my guess as to what may have happened and its just a guess. Say a caregiver has 4 patients and offers 2 ozs a month to each patient. lets say the caregiver does a perpetual grow and harvest a plant a week thats 10ozs take away 8ozs for the 4 patients that leaves 2 ozs for the caregiver every month. so now your caregiver makes $400 to $500 a month off his 2 ozs to pay for power nutrients soil ect.. Ive been doing this for 6 months now and im not making shit for money so imo i think you guys are wrong again. Btw ive never met anyone that gets pounds off a couple plants so you can stop thinking about it.

Was the agreement for 2 a month?

I'm not sure what is so fishy. If he was making all this money off of your plants like you say, why would he jump off that gravy train?

You can give 100 people a successful turn-key business model and 95 of them will still fail. If the guy said he wasn't making enough money, he probably wasn't! --or else he would still be growing your plants for you.

Seems to me if anyone is unhappy with their current caregiver it's within their rights to go find another one that will hopefully make them happy. It's best to keep in mind though that nothing in this world is free.

Ok guys lets stop talking about free meds, if you dont give them away thats you. We made a deal and that was what HE!! told me the man never offered me a gram to even sell me or let me know when it was done...... and yes I will start doing it for myself and myself only. I guess you guys are saying its ok to keep all the patients meds and do what you want with it. Thats really all I was saying, not just about free meds. If I was growning 200 plants I would give free meds away. I think growing is fun, I never had the money to start. And the caregiver I had was what I changed to after the first one screwed me over. My first post was about a caregiver in honor michigan and to say away from caregivers there. You guys started talking about free meds and how all you guys are against it. I hear all you guys shits not for free. but when you make a deal telling them this is what is going to happen thats what is to be expected right?

These "im entitled to more" threads allways get me
If its so damm easy then why not grow for yourself ?

If there is so much money being made why not make that big money yourself ?

If its so much fun why not have big fun & grow your own ?

Seriously, using your own numbers lets look at what you get out of the deal.

A $200 investment to get legal with no other investment ever.

A time investment of 1 hour or less to fill out paperwork with no other time spent.

Now lets look at what you recieve,an ounce per month which comes out to 12 ounces per year, that comes out to $16 an ounce you pay,you sell 1 ounce to the club at the $250 you said they will pay you & everything from that point is 100% free.

You pay $16 an ounce for meds worth $250 an ounce & you say it isnt good enough ! Who is being greedy here ?

dude i'm sorry you got fucked, also he should of kept his stupid ass deal if he agreed upon it.i'm with you on that. i was just saying once you sign over YOUR plants they are no longer YOUR plants.if your going to expect free stuff you better damn well know the person.and the whole not selling to you thing was so fucking wrong i would spread the word all over the state.

Yeah, if you got shorted that is messed up. But if he delivered as promised, then said he couldn't grow for you anymore... that's just business. It happens.

Your OP made it sound like he gave 2 as promised, but then wouldn't sell you more. If he wasn't obligated, maybe the rest was spoken for, or maybe there wasn't any more? Something might have happen.

If people don't hear the whole story they will fill in the blanks. No need to get all butt-hurt if the topic happened to stray a bit. it's all good.
