Just got seed order from single seed(live in states) Ordered them like every time before except this time unlike b4 they asked me to sign for pkg? That has never happened b4? Also, it say Great Britain Recommande R Which i am wondering if stands for recommandation on front and what R means?or what's that about? Any way I go, it's legal where I am @ with the card and I have one of those and I still don't have seed's sent to where I grow, But the last time I was @ the hydroshop the dude there was telling me they are beginning to catalogue where seeds are are going in US ...Thoughts?
