But I do wonder what qualifies ANYBODY at HC to be involved in this at all. Let's face it, if you've never used MJ or MMJ then really, what do you know.
I've been in situations where we ( a bunch of regular people ) were making decisions for and about other people. I often thought if the people who need to follow these rules only knew who made them. We usually think that the people coming up with this stuff, "well they must know what they're doing "
And in reality it's just the guy down the street.

The employees at Health Canada are scientists, doctors and regular civil servants. The key here is that they are employees. They do what their bosses tell them. In this case their bosses happen to be Rona Ambrose and Steven Harper.

Ambrose was a self-righteous, self-important, holier-than-thou type when she lived down the street from me, I'm sure she hasn't changed any over the past few years.

HC doesn't know what they want. They gave the option of 'oral' or 'inhalation' and # of g/day for each method.Perhaps they forgot it was on there...? Does anyone know anything about FOI? Can I use that to find the results of any studies HC has done?

Isn't using taxpayer money to conduct a study and then saying the information doesn't exist tantamount to fraud/theft? I wonder if Conroy could argue for disclosure of all marijuana related studies undertaken by or for HC? FOI? Or maybe a class action lawsuit alleging HC's use of misinformation and the withholding of study results showing medical benefits have led to immeasurable harm to patients rights, arrest and incarceration, and in some cases where cannabis was denied, serious negative health problems.
It's time to neuter those bastards!

HC can say the "oral" and "inhalation" can be one of the same.
you do both via your mouth.
it never stated smoke or eat, that would be a little more specific.
so we have to deal with a play on words, which at the end the court decides.

Ya if inhalation and orally were one in the same then they wouldn't have given the option in my opinion. And yes that would be intrapment if they have it on the health Canada form asking which method you use and then telling you after you disclosed that you use orally which means administered through the mouth to be illegal. Kinda like how they have to have a sign three blocks prior to a photo radar intersection or it is intrapment.

If u need proof that there arent entrapment laws in canada think about all those shitty whack ninja cops hiding behind light poles with radar guns because they know where the speed limits change and they can sit there for one day and fill a weeks worth of quotas

Isnt that entrapment?

Happens every single day in 100 places all over toronto!

I read a few years back that there is a violent crime every 2.5 mins and 60% go unsolved, but traffic tickets they catch lots of those fuckers...

We live in a crazy lazy world

They are probably catching some of those violent offenders in radar traps.....speeding away from their offences
but if they play it cool...and just pay the ticket...they will be golden...

Police are too busy collecting the cash to do some investigative work.....
....the machete on the floor in the back and the bag with the head shaped object on the seat....are clues....

Very greasy and lazy on their part, but not entrapment. Just grabbing the lowest hanging fruit instead of oh I dunno...........................................making the streets safer.
