let them fight patients. They're fighting a loosing battle. This way it shows just what type of individuals the patients are dealing with. Individuals that suffer more financially than patients do health wise, and it shows. It'll all come out in the wash. Lets hope anyway.

Yeah I would imagine this would be the case. I'm not a legal eagle by any means and this case kind of confused me as to what the win in the BC court of appeals meant for the rest of us (apparently it set precedent for all other provinces or something was my understanding). The case itself is a constitutional challenge so a win in the supreme court should apply to all medically approved patients.

You know what gets me, I'm fairly certain on the Form A it had 3 check boxes. 1 for inhalation another for oral and the 3rd being both.

Yeah I always wondered about the forms and how they can have shit about edibles and ingestion all over their website. Isn't that like entrapment or promoting a crime or something? I guess they expect people to literally just put "dried marihuana" in their cookies because were rabbits or something. Such fucked up backwards logic over at HC.

It's absurd that HC has any control over any of this. It's seems they shape the law whenever they see fit. I'm not sure how they seem to be " in charge " of actual law policy...way too much rope imo

That brings up the discussion of if health canada should be in control or the fda equivalent in canada

Seems to me that they must employ regular folks at HC. Are they doctor's or scientist's or technicians or professor's or lawyer's or even pharmacist's. I don't know this I must admit. Maybe they are??
But I do wonder what qualifies ANYBODY at HC to be involved in this at all. Let's face it, if you've never used MJ or MMJ then really, what do you know.
I've been in situations where we ( a bunch of regular people ) were making decisions for and about other people. I often thought if the people who need to follow these rules only knew who made them. We usually think that the people coming up with this stuff, "well they must know what they're doing "
And in reality it's just the guy down the street.

Don't kid yourself....HC has some very talented people on board, and they do know everything about marijuana. They won't admit it though...

I know when I spoke to my doctor for renewal, he asked how much I used in edibles and how much was smoked / vaped to determine my plant count.
