Got holes/mounds about 10 feet in diameter and 3 feet high, about 3 cubic yards of soil. What nutrients should I add, and about how much? Each hole started out with about half a cubic yard of topsoil and ditto compost, plus a bale of peat moss.
Money is tight so I am looking for the core (organic) ingredients that give me bang for the buck. I am thinking OK so Azomite, fish hydrolized, and chicken shit. Forget the bat, seabird, and insect shit this summer. Oh yeah, add some bone meal or equivalent later. And I am doing aerated tea: molasses, boogie brew, castings.
