Cops just left my house

hope that all goes well my friend.
moocher family is hard to deal with. even harder when they are dealing with other shit themselves. Ive heard you call this guy a tweeker months ago and yet again to hear it makes me believe that he dosent want to do anything with himself. Those types of people are best left behind in your wake. Let him be and he will figure his own shit out, you can only help a person so much and he obviously dosent want to be helped.
besides that valuable shit always seems to go missing and useless shit brought in its place when tweekers are around.
threatening to make my children orphans would have sent me over the edge though. I would not have stood for it even though I dont particularly care for being violent myself.
people can threaten me all day and it dosent mean shit until they make a move, but threaten my wife and/or kids, that shit'll get someones head fucking busted quick. Family or not. But i also can understand your remorse for the situation as it still may not be easy.

Ok I can't stand it (I've been reading up til this point!). You mentioned a cop in your backyard, where, I presume, you're growing our favorite tomatoes. How and why did Mr. Po-Po end up back there?they stayed in the driveway but the one cop kept getting on his cellphone and wandering around. he didn't go into the yard or anything but he took a little look around. it was freezing out, just getting dark. everybody was standing in the driveway shivering. we all kept saying we should go inside and finish this. the cops just said "no we're fine". i almost invited them into my nice warm shop.
Dave's dad lives with us, he can't really care adequately for himself and it's the right thing to do.did i miss it or... you live with your mother in law? now i know why you smoke weed.or does she live with me?

Do it in a hurry. Or he might find a way to get an RO against you for domestic violence. Then you would not be able to come home. I know that sounds goofy, but it is the society we live in now.i'm gonna finish this bowl load. then i'm gonna jump in the shower. then i'm gonna smoke another bowl load. then we are going to the sheriff's station to file an RO. i'll report back shortly.

I have to agree with this. If you keep this up you will become an eabler and allowing it to continue but that being said it is very difficult when you are dealing with family to be able to determine and set clear boundaries.
This might not be what he wanted or expected but it is rightly what he deserved and probably what he needed.

i'm legal. all my paperwork is in order. there is no reason to worry. they didn't even run my license the other day. right before they he asked to see my ID. he jotted down my CDL # so he could fill out a report later. never even called it in. i could have been wanted for murder.

that shit is crazy, but why was he tryin to get you locked upand why was he threatening your wife?they were here for an hour or so. they just left. i'm still here.
stupid homeless brother-in-law started sh*t again. he came over and started threatening my wife. i overheard and had to step in. i politely told him he had to leave. you just smirked. so i grabbed the front of his jacket and politely escorted out the patio door. as soon as we cleared the doorway he swung a hard right hook. i ducked. then i spun him around and he swung two more times. that's when the firewood box got destroyed. dude only weighs 100 or something. i had him up over my head without even realizing it. i slammed him threw the roof of the wood box then lifted him, spun him around again a few times and put him to the ground. i had a few words while he was down. then i lifted him back to his feet and pushed him away. I NEVER HIT HIM. i just "controlled" the situation. he walked away. we knew he would call the cops. he already threatened it.
so 20 mins go by. we are out in the driveway waiting for the cops. we just knew he'd call them. my sister-in-law asks me for a few papers. i walk back to my shop and grab a few. i walk out the door and there is a cop in my backyard. i had my bowl to my bong in my pocket because i was loading a bong load when this first started. i had to stick it in my pocket to slam dude around. so i tell the cop "i'll be right back. i need to go get my ID." i run in the house and set the bowl down and grab my ID. all my doors are wide open and i have a jar of weed on the couch. no time to clean up, "fuck it".
so my wife, her sister and mom and I stand out in the back driveway for an hour going over what happened. brother-in-law was trying to get me arrested. bastard just got himself a 2 day notice to vacate from the POLICE. HA HA.
i'm sitting on my couch finally getting the chance to hit this bong.
he's out trying to find somewhere to live.
this has been an ongoing event for 4 years now. some of you may remember previous stories. cops were involved in the past as well. i know he told them i was "growing hella dope". they never even mentioned it. they were kinda wandering around the property a little bit but never went in my shop or yard area. they staye din the back driveway the whole time.
i really hate violence. especially on those who are already down. but dude had it coming. his mom saw what was happening and just walked back inside. she told the cops she wants him out. come monday morning we will be filing a restraining order.
all is well and this bong is cleared.

lucky for you man, anytime i think one of my plants are going to get jacked by some hillbilly bumbler, i gotta go move them. I mean there are even some dumb asses around here that try to smoke plants in the veg stage....
well i cant say that for sure, but everyone around here just plants bag seed from Mexican brick, so i cant see them stealing plants in veg because they think that the'll be from good genetics.
sorry to hear bout the brother in law, hope all works out for you and him @ the same time. Why dosent he try to find a job and do better with himself may i ask? they usually have one excuse or another of why they "CANT" whereas its usually along the lines of "WONT" is why im asking.

sorry to interupt the convo. i just need to tell some this and this seems like the right thread to talk about it. I just got home, me and 3 friends were parked up some back road tokin up. We had hotboxed the car with 4 bowls and were on our 5th when a cop came up. he flipped his lights and and 2 cops came up to us. when we rolled the windows down we could all see smoke billowing out of hte car. The cops got all of our ids and went back to their car for about 20 minutes. I dont think i had ever been this scared cuz if i get in trouble ill lose my scholarships for college. The cops came back to the car and told us to get going and have a nice night and left. I still cant believe nothing happened.
