Hi all, I bought some floroliscious plus the other day and to make a long story short, I was wondering if this product can act as a stand alone kelp product for organic teas, or should i use that in conjuction with a kelp extract ? I sit here baffled and am awaiting a good response. For those of you who don't know anything about it please just don't comment. thanks

Includes kelp extract as an ingredient but has no K (.02). I would say no go. You would be better off with dried seaweed sheets from the grocery store IMO.
