Anyone had any experience with Pacific Northwest Kelp Help? It uses bull kelp; Nereocystis luetkeana.

I harvested kelp from a beach/seaweed...i basically scissor cut it small and got my hand tired after a quarter of the first one...but i think if you have like big gripped scissors it would probably be efficient/easier on the hands....but i opted for my old cleaver to chop it like a bagfed store salas...basically soaked for an hour and drained and then washed off a little more cause f salt that i dont control in the mix...so i just store bagged it in the sink, came back from work...and for a reasonable amount...like a five gallon full of seaweed....broke down with said techniques and a hand blender for soups...i bought mine for like 45? Look at the progress...just about done with the bag now, but this pick is the progress...I'm gonna nesco 90 degree dry it[ may have to further research]....and then blend that ish up....pretty cool...been researching this shit a while20231002_154247.jpg
