Come grow with me... first grow ever

Well, this should be fun. If nothing else, it should be good for a few laughs. I got my beans in today, so decided to set up my journal. I still have some serious decesions to make in the next few days. I'm still very undecided and still very noob.

This is where my thoughts are now.
Strain, Green Crack
media, soil... probably fox farms ocean forest and light warrior mix 50/50
Still thinking about pro mix though
light, 1000w HID dimmable. MH and HPS. with cooling
"Tent" I'll make it out of plywood, lined with mylar. Dimensions 6 ft wide, by 2 feet deep, by 8 ft tall. Naturally I won't use all the space, but figured it would be nice to have a little room to work or expand.

I was wondering where this went. I'm about a week into flower now, veged to long... well longer than I should have. Plants are looking pretty good, except some light burn on a couple leaves, never thought they would get so tall in veg.
