You don,t want all your personal info out why would I?:fire:Why ask of others what you don't want to tell?
But there's a difference between you and I Herbie...you run a very public medical cannabis dispensary in CO. Is information about the dispensary considered personal info? I'm confused.

No, you don't. A legal patient can assign you as their caregiver, you would then have the legal right to grow their limit of medicine. But you would not then be legal to consume said medicine.

HI everyone, I am becoming active in the med. merijuana community. march 19 show your support at health dept. further defining was a caregiver is / 5 cards one caregiver and they would have to be like a nurse. sounds to me like there tring
to put gray area so they can f*#k with us. how can you run a dispensarie with only five cards. what about card holders to
sick to grow for themselves and cant afford a nurse. is not why we are allowed to have dispensaries in the first place.
mad props for all of you doing what you do!!!!:bigjoint:

Welcome to the site.

The law doesn't allow dispensaries, but it also doesn't exclude that type of establishment. The state clearly doesn't want dispensaries and they are trying to tighten up the definitions to make it harder for them to be around.
