i just read on fb that they are trying to limit the number of plants per sq foot? 1500 sq ft can only have 36 plants or some bs???
Interesting....

To me it seems that plant counts are useless and only benefit dispensaries and "commercial" growers. Which makes sense because they are the ones that pay to write the laws how they want.

Example: A sick person could grow the 6 plants in their house and get a fraction of the product that a warehouse/greenhouse/outdoor could produce from the same 6 plants.

THEN if you don't have the space or resources to have a veg AND flower room. You are even more fucked over as you are essentially only aloud to produce half of what others can.

Another example: A sea of green set up would be perfect for me. Have a couple of moms and a cloner in a small tent. Root clones and put them in the flower tent right away. I could harvest small amounts(oz or two) of a different strain every week and things would be easier to maintain, etc. But again, the greedy ass lawmakers fuck over the people that need it the most. So instead I'm forced to grow and harvest a year's worth of but at once. Which is, to me, a lot more work.

I think the best scenario for everyone would be to limit the total space dedicated to growing per person, forget this arbitrary plant count bullshit. That is, after all, how they rate yields for cannabis, in m2.
