what about yield any differense?

I'm sure this question has been brought up countless of times. Stone me if it pleases u. I don't mind getting stoned. So is myco in it's general sense beneficial? If so do u guys have product recommendations?

I use great white. Does seem to make a difference, noticably.

Do you use beneficial bacteria like great white? That would be what it is I think. I got the same thing when my humidity was too high.

i use great white too, its got the mycrhoizzae (sp?) and trchodermia (sp?) all in one, definitly a quality product keeps those roots white and thick. expensive but worth it

use it in conjunction with cannazym i bleieve for better results, correct me if im wrong, its that or flor + that i use

my boss fired the last guy that flushed for two weeks... the sour dawg smoked so harsh, turned out shitty. 4-6 days in coco depending on how high ur PPM's were at peak point i think, again this isnt fact, just aquired knowledge

Pre charge your coco dude. I precharge mine with Liquid Karma and Cal/Mag

I do mine with cal/mg and some grow nute.

but I'm wondering about using something like Great White in my coco mix. Or even the regular plant success granular.


any opinions?

A grow friend of mine uses plant success with the same set up as I do. It should be fine.

growing in coco when would be the first time I add nutes? For the first week once it pops should I just water it? Oh how often do you need to water for the first few weeks?

If you are starting from seed wait until you see a second set of leaves then you can add 1/4 strength nutes. Just plain R/O PH water until then.

Find a bucket or a tote or something to put your coco in. I add a air stone , then add the liquid Karma and Cal Mag and then i let it marinate for 24 hours like you would soak hydroton in 5.5 PH water. Just makes life simpler I dont have to add it my grow or worry about it.

How much calmag are you charging with?

3l pots or 6l pots???????????growin in coco just unsure if yield will
be massivly different just wi pot size????

you may be ok with the 3L pots if you veg that short.

6.8 will work, but thats as high as you want to go. The 5.5 range is preferred but takes work to maintain. You could drop your PH every other feeding, the lower PH is to allow certain micro nutrients to be taken in and used more efficiently. You can have a lock in your coco but it will start at your reservoir. Grab your nutes and head to google, different forms of minerals can bind to each other and become almost unusable to your plants. That can be from your PH, the types of nutes and forms in which they are delivered and temperature can be a problem as well. Mix in some hot/warm water to your nutes and some minor PH adjusting and you should be fine. I'd mix in some red lava rock with your coco, I'm doing 50/50 mix on this next go. The lava is already acidic and just like the coco it acts as PH buffer, so you might have 6.8 in the feed but it could be around 6 in the plant substrate. Coco just plain wins.

3 or 5 gallon smart parts will get you where you want to go. Most scientist are not sure about what drives the plant growth, the root structure or the visible top side of the plant. As long as the roots are getting what they need when they need it, they won't need a 10 gallon tub to spread out in in-order to do well. I use 5 gallon pots, tempted to try 3 gallon guys.
