You might want to start bringing the temps down some. higher temps seem to help while rooting, But 85 is plenty warm. and the plants seem to do better with cooer temps after the roots have formed.

Try around 78-82 and keep the rooters slightly warmer than the air if possible. I dont use my heat mat though in the summer months. Its just too warm. In the winter I do use the heat mat but have pencils lined up in between the box and heating pad. Seems to provide just enough buffer.

been trying to keep the temps down however the tent that i made for them is not vented when it is closed. i have to keep it closed for the 6 hours of my mothers dark cycle. during this time temps get from 90-100F. during the other 18 hours it is open and kept at 85F. liitle suckers are looking pretty good. ohh and humidity is a consistent 80-90%.

You should figure a way to vent the tent.
About to start my first aero grow and have heard good things about RR. Thinking about it for medium vs. rock. 2 concerns, 1. that as it breaks down it could clog my pump but i got bag filters and 2. if i use it i can't use h202 for bacteria. so what else can i use for bacteria and anybody with clogged pump issues?
