And what about the Agro case. Don't give me any nonsense about how she was connected to the dispensary because they did not charge her for any of that. They charged her for the front door being unlocked. You see that searched for ANYTHING to deny people the ability to bring up the medical defense. If their cases are so strong why not let the jury decide?

Edited to add that the husband died a couple days after the raid. I sure am glad they are getting the scum drug dealers off the street by ANY means necassary. Thats some good justice right there ehh Bob?

I've got 3 dispensaries within 2 miles of me, so I don't need another connection/dealer.
They charge me the same prices caregivers are trying to charge me and don't expect me to give up my plant count.

Did you READ that article? My god, everybody in the family was growing..and they had connections to a dispensary. It was also a first hand sob story account written by the person being charged. Sorry to hear the husband died. If it was the stress of the raids, perhaps the family should have conducted their business in a manner to not draw a raid in the first place.

A little more info on the argo case.

Jury was told she was a medical user. Plants out doors, by a bed in an open area....over her plant count...what was she doing RIGHT?
