Hay bob they passed one of those ordinances ware I live. I don't think it applies to a patient caregiver Its different from just a caregiver. I think its geared towards just a dispensary or collective.You may be ok if you took on a patient.

The ordinance here is directly related to cg status. The covered dispensaries with a 'moratorium" They pretty much want to know where any grow larger than a 12 plant self grow is happening.
