2 bars chocolate
1 gram of kief
I melted two bars of trade joes dark chocolate, but I imagine you can use whatever kind you prefer, in a small crock pot on low setting for over an hour or until it is at the right stirring consistency though make sure not to over heat or the chocolate will begin to crystallize and taste "grainy." I then added the 1 gram of kief, stirring it until there was no visible 'powder' left, i actually whisked it. Then I poured it into chocolate molds i bought on amazon and put it in the fridge overnight. Popped it out in the morning and it came out of the mold perfectly and in a fun shape.
I think this would be more than enough to get someone nice and relaxed but it could have been stronger for me personally.
