Yes, I said chick pee. A while back I was noticing our lawn in the backyard around the fire pit. All these lush deep green circles of lawn. Some big, some not so. Hmmmmm. Finally figured out one night that it was where my better half would relieve herself. So I tried it. Well there was small circle of burnt lawn a couple days later. What's different about chick pee then ours? Could it be a good organic source of nitrogen?

Naaa, our backyard is private, so we just hang it out when needed. No neighbors for like 400 feet thru the bush. I read on Mother Earth News to dilute it 10-1. Just wondering the diff between chicks and guys is all.

There's nothing different that would cause her urine to be better than yours? One has to consider the rate of hydration and consumption of liquids. The increased frequency of water consumption dilutes the toxin levels or salt. I believe you are what you eat, and the nutritive content of our waste will vary greatly on that one principal.

Indeed, I would agree with Grandpa GreenJeans that it most likely has to do with the degree of dilution. When you haven't drunk much, you will notice your pee is much darker yellow than when you've been drinking lots - i.e. the urine is much more concentrated. Probably that is why diluting urine is recommended in organic gardening.
My permaculture teacher (a guy ), who drinks a lot of water, tends to deposit his directly haha

it's been used for thousands of years.
I've been telling people it's the easiest and quickest absorbed way to cure a nitrogen def
dilute 1/15 and it's roughly a 12-0-0 nutrient.
it's a urea based nutrient.
I personally know of a gardener that uses nothing but rabbit manure and urine to grow his plants.
and I can personally attest the quality and taste of it.

To answer your question: Your urine depends on what you drink and eat and secondly the first pee of the day is usually the most potent as in it contains a lot of waste from the previous day the ph is usually higher also! it would be better to use some from later in the day after drinking plenty of fluids.

Urine both male and female is great for veg growth ..high in (N)

and yeah dilute heavily like 10-20:1

is dried and mixed with dried and composted grasses and twigs

sewage(shit) is good, but little mention is made of those heavy metals

that drug companies continue to use, never ever rot down

already 'we' see female hormones (estrogen)entering out water ways

leaving you..him and me with depleted sperm counts
