those look more like 50/50 indica/sativa hybrids . . . I have a plant that grows like that outside now.
hmm.. really? the smaller one deceived me, the leaves were pretty fat in the middle, and a little into flowering. but they got skinny as flowering commenced so i figured I just made a bad/early call on the Indica. But maybe they are 50/50 or something around there. Hell, they are both probably from seeds out of the same kind of bud. ill have to keep an eye on her towards harvest time, thanks for your input pop! :bigjoint:

the reason I say this is because the one you thought was sativa is looking like it's growing fat buds. this is not characteristic of a heavy sativa. so it has to have some indica in it.

if anything, I'd go as far to claim that's a 60% indica 40% sativa hybrid.

check out my outdoor flowering thread, 9 of the plants in there are 50/50 hybrids. the other 3 are 60-70% indica.

hell yes! I wanted to grow a more indica dominant(if not upward of 90% indica) crop this year. I took a peak at your plants and i must say.. sisters from a different mister! they look like they were grown out of the same mother and father haha. is your estimate of 60/40 what you place on your plant? someone told me earlier in the thread that my plant resembled a white widow crop, which i thought was a heavy sativa..

we'll find out when you smoke it hehe
If the indica sticks out, ill be getting a couch to put in front of this screen. couchlock @ my face :eyesmoke::eyesmoke::eyesmoke:

subscribed, I'm looking forward to seeing the harvest of that MONSTER!!!
yeah Sativas usually don't grow that thick of buds, (I don't mean to repeat anyones entry)
but looking at your buds, and comparing them to my own sativa, I notice that my buds are more whispy and not as thick, but you'll yield more so I bet you're happy with it.

miracle grow does not affect the taste if you wean the plants off at the end.... just like any other fert.

Pnug.... that looks like bahia grass.... fla? When did you start these puppies?

Lookin good!

Im not sure what kind of grass that is.. but I started the big lady in the Aerogarden(which i sold, ahem.) around mid-late april. and transplanted outdoor in-ground around the start of May. The smaller lady, she was another Aerogarden transplant, she is probably a month to a month and a half younger then the larger one :eyesmoke:

it's been budding, i'd say, around a month, probably a little more. hard to officially tell outside.. 30-60 days left on these babies, definitely 8-)

I meant the lawn looked like bahia grass....

Just saying, you have a ways to go..... watch the frost snaps, and especially the rain. Keep those colas dry. :peace:

haha yes and I meant I didn't know what kind of grass that is! haha. I'll take your word for it though

there has been quite a fluent rain for a couple days, supposedly raining all week but i doubt it. weather man be jackin me trust, yo.
I actually just went out there and shook all of the main branches, I noticed a few were drooping pretty bad. I couldnt get things completely dry, but out comes the sun and... :-)

is it possible to shake off some of the trichomes, or are they safe? This thing has gone through some winds, so I dont know if it would effect it all that much..

so, mold would like it if it rained off and on for a couple days, with short spouts of sunshine? the sun has been shining today for the past 2, 3 hours, it dried up all the rain. the colas look fine as far as I can see.. hopefully since it dried up what is (visibly) all the rain on the leaves and buds, im not at risk for mold. i don't see any extra moisture where it shouldn't be. but then again, maybe im not seeing everything..

Yes it does....

When those colas start to really develop.... do all that you can to keep rain from them. Wet soil is no worry, but wet colas is asking for trouble.

I have a question man. My dad pinched off 3 or 4 of the long, 1-fingered leaves you see coming off the sides of the main, biggest cola. They were pretty important in my mind, they were some of the biggest leaves towards the top of the plant. I have a feeling this is going to effect the growth of that cola :-( :-( can you change my mind, please? im seriously.. depressed. what an asshole thing to do. he pinched them off and quick dried them next to a lamp over night. the fucking leaves.
