i found a field that never gets cut and is kind of grown in, there are tons of little 6' trees through the whole field and i was thinkin about doing my first grow there, id say the weeds are up to 3' high or so, but the thing i am worried about is it getting seen by a helicopter, they fly over every once in a while towards the end of the season and i wouldnt want my grow get busted and have 300 bucks go down the drain, what do you guys think? it isnt too far from my place id say half a mile, what do you guys think?

IMO don't do it bro if you can go indoors. This year the crops are dry and your healthy green plants will be easy to spot from above and if they are doing fly by's they will spot them (if there's alot of them) and you'll loose everything; besides it's a bit late in the season to start. If you can go indoors; with those 300$ you can get yourself a damn good setup and have more piece of mind. Just my two cents.

You best make sure that a forestry company does not own the land....they do surveys often times...Plus, I am guessing you must be planning for next year, because just about everywhere in the U.S it is too late to start trying to plant...its getting close to harvest time.

im probably going to do 3-4 plants, and i am going to do them at the begining of next year
That makes a bit more sense, just be mindful about what you do outside and don't tell anyone what you do, snitches get you caught more than the police. Good luck with your grow bro.

advice, if you do this heavily consider indicas as they will stay shorter. survey the area see who walks it, you dont want 8foot plus growing in an unknown area. more importantly how will you run water an nutes out there. your going to find outdoor plants run deep and grow very big. this means about a thousand gallons a week of water(depending on area and climate). if you want a workout youve found it with two five gallon buckets. as far as helicopters go, three or four are not going to stand out unless everything around them is dry. spend this time to learn your terrain.

if you are going to do this, you need to start now, for next year!!! scout all spots out, check the position of sun, how much wind, cover plants( how late do they keep leaves).....before winter hits dig your holes and amend soil so it can cook all winter. dig ponds if needed, lot easier to dig then to carry in, in some situations.....get started now and you will have a great harvest next year.....peace

So wait, you're going to grow on someones property? Man, I'd beat the brakes off you if you grew on my land. Grow on your own shit or don't grow. You know what, if that grow gets spotted the owner of that property is the first one to get questioned. I bet you're some stupid little 18 year old still living at home with mommy.

So you know a good friend who owns the land but doesn't own the land? That's pretty stupid.
